I am a AAA member and usually always call them when I have an issue with my vehicles BUT I met Mr. Lenny on a separate occasion and remembered Lenny Locksmith - i called him and not only did he save me time by not having to call AAA but his son was there in less than 15 minutes from my call and opened my door in less than a minute and did not over charge me! I used A Lenny Locksmith a little while back after locking my keys in my work truck on a job site. I was pleased to learn that they also service the area where I live as well because here I was again needing to get into my house this time! Outstanding service! I just got done working a night shift only to find out that I locked my key inside my car... I looked around on google maps a bit and found A Lenny Locksmith, and I'm glad that I did. Their receptionist was very friendly and professional, but that wasn't the best part. They sent out Jamey to unlock my car. All I have to say is that Jamey is awesome! He got out of his car like superman gets out of phone booths, all dressed with enthusiasm and heroism, and complete with a cape that blows in the wind. It only took him about 15 seconds to unlock my car, after which we chatted for a little bit and then wished each other a happy holiday. Really cool, motivated, down to earth kind of guy. He deserves a medal for his customer service skills.

Now how often does that happen in service companies now a days. Lenny was fantastic and his son Anthony was so polite. My door latch got jammed and I wasnt able to open my door. On short notice Anthony came out and he was at my house within 20 minutes of the call and he was able to resolve my issue within 5 to 10 minutes of being there. If it wasnt for him I dont know what I would do. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services.

I wanted to have a keypad lock installed on my front door. After calling around to check prices I decided on A Lenny and I am glad I did. Anthony came out and put in a brand new keypad lock on my front door. Spent the time explaining to me how it worked and answered all my questions. Best locksmith ever! I was in real trouble I bought a used Honda Civic and two days after I got it the key would not turn and after talking with Lenny and all that good stuff and watching a video also on his YouTube channel. Everything turned out great. And all the grace be to Lenny. If not for this man I would have had to spend probably over $700. I have a 1 year old and I got really scared when I couldn't get him where he needed to be for his appointments and stuff and Lenny took care of me. He is definitely one of the good guys. I usually dont write reviews but I think this is a special case....I run an air conditioning business and we lost the keys to one of our trucks, after calling several people and hearing outrageous prices and how complicated making a key with a microchip was, we got discouraged. Our last call was to A Lenny locksmith,A technician listen to all details over the phone and carefully gathered proper information, in less than a minute they knew exactly what they needed to do the job.Within 20 minutes a very professional, well mannered, well spoken technician was at the front gate. Anthony (Tech) explained the process and again listened to my concerns. His vehicle set up and tools were organized, and highly technological. He followed all the steps with precision taking care of not damaging vehicle. Is so nice to see that type of principals and work ethics as I strive for the same customer service in my company.Cost was more than fair, anybody that drives to you is already looking at at least 30 minutes into the job Plus work and the actual set of keys. Cost was 100% fair.Special thanks to Anthony who probably spent years mastering this trade. But must of all... an awesome honest friendly attitude.
