Service took entirely too long to arrive at 1 1/2 hours (drive told me 20 minutes) and still charged me full price for the assistance. Appreciated the help, but not a great first time experience with this company.

I am truly amazed at the quickness of this company's response. I saw their add in Facebook. I messaged them and within 3 minutes I received a response. We messaged a few times, I gave them my phone number and they called me right away. They gave me the price for a replacement key for my Honda Accord and asked if I wanted it done tonight or the next day. This was Sunday night at about 5:30 pm. I selected tonight and within 30 minutes the tech was in the driveway and the key was made in about 20 minutes. It was amazing. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs lock work done. Great people to deal with and the price was very inexpensive compared to what the dealer had quoted me.

I lost my car key almost a week ago and i called this company not knowing what to do and the whole time everyone was so nice and helpful. I don't remember the guys name but it was the business owner that came out and fixed my key issue, he was awesome! once he got to my destination the whole process took no more than 15 minutes, very happy with their service!

I was shocked that YDG would not copy a standard scooter key. I have the blank and original, I told them that I understand you can't guarantee my key blank. Still refused. That's a basic locksmith skill.

Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was discourteous and audibly annoyed by my questions. I need help fixing/replacing a broken file cabinet lock, and she said they couldn't do that, which is strange since it says on their website, they clearly do this kind of work. Even if they didn't, she could have been polite about it.With all the other locksmiths available in the area, a serious attitude adjustment might be helpful here! Good luck!

Al is an angel. Absolute angel. My keys mysteriously disappeared in Ft Myers. I had to have new keys made for my car so I can drive home... and guess what else was on my keyring? House keys. Al was able to meet me back at WPB so I can get back into my house. He was prompt and my dog LOVED him. I really dont ever want to be in this situation again, but if I do, Al is my first call. (Also I put him in my phone contacts.) Short version: bad day, had to experience two locksmiths in one day on both coasts and this side wins. LOVE THEM!!

They're good people in the world. I miss placed my keys to my classroom cabinet and these guys were so amazing that they came and fixed it very quickly on the same day I requested them free of charge because I work with children. I locked my keys In my car after a morning at the beach. I called a competitor 40 minutes before calling YDG. I have still yet to hear from anyone. Called YDG and it took less than 10 minutes for a tech to call me and let me know he was on the way. Nate was so nice, professional, and best of all fast. I highly recommend them. 5 stars

On May 14, by doing this myself2019 an older gentleman showed up and took 3 hours just to cut and program the key, had to wait till May 17, 2019 for the owner Al to come and program the remote, NOW, 29 days later the remote has stopped working, I called office on May 17,2019 and was told that it is probably the battery. That I need to put in a new battery. Really?? only 29 days later on a new remote I need to go buy a new battery and somehow figure out how to open this thing and not mess it up and go to the store and buy a new battery and put it in. Yes you are gracious enough to walk me through opening it up, but now the problem is if I mess it up by doing this myself I will have to go to Mazda and buy a new set, which is what I should have done to begin with. I only went with you because I thought you were leget and stood behind your work, shame on me for being so trusting. People , yes it might cost a little more but please take your car keys and remotes to the dealer where they stand behind their products. When I call prior to your service I was told that you give 4 month warranty?? NOT!!! for a new remote (that one woould expect a new battery with) to go bad withing 29 days is crap. Please contact me if you have the guts. since you do not keep track of your customers by name as I was informed by your staff, look up Palmland Drive in Boynton Beach

The cylinder of the lock to our front door came out, so we couldn't lock our door from the outside. I called five 24 hour locksmiths and YDG is the only one that not only answered but was able to come right away. ( Which was 7 am on a Saturday). Everyone was really nice and professional and our lock was replaced quickly and for a reasonable price. I'm still waiting for a call back from the other 24 hour locksmiths and it has been over 24 hours later...

Al arrived on time, and gave a 'heads up' call shortly before he arrived. He didn't leave until the replacement remote car key functioned perfectly. He even tried to salvage my backup key, which had developed problems, but was unable to get that remote to work in every function - only the non-electronic ones. I still have that third key as a backup to the backup, however. Highly recommended.
