COVID-19 review: I just moved into a new home and needed the locks changed. The technician was very personable and communicated clearly as to when he would be available. Mark came out and was on time and finished the job quickly. As a senior in a high risk group I was happy to see he had a mask which he wore when in my home. Thank you for the great job!

I needed to have a key fob programmed and a new key cut for my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, but my Hyundai dealer was way too expensive. Before calling Kwikey, I tried another nearby locksmith who told me over the phone he could do it, but who was unable to when I brought him the car. That locksmith told me that only the dealer would be able to retrieve the pin code from the Santa Fe. Fortunately, I found Kwikey. He was fast, friendly, did a great job, and saved me a lot of money versus the dealer. 5 stars.

Hired during Covid pandemic to change locks on a new home in tequesta, fl. Communication was awful. Service was terrible. No gloves, mask was off DURING THE FLORIDA PANDEMIC. Quoted me 100 for mismatched locks. Also its been an hour and weve made zero progress. Look elsewhere for quality.

The remote that came with my truck was extremely worn, then the battery went out. I purchased new remotes and planned to have them programmed for my vehicle. I did alot of shopping around and found Kwikey, Eli was extremely nice and kept in contact with me about when he would be here. I lost my car keys at the train station yesterday. The entire experience was awful trying to contact a locksmith that worked with the dealer because they didnt answer. Very polite and professional. They initially said it was a 2-3hour wait but was there in 30 min. They had to wait for me to get back to the vehicle and were very nice about waiting. After several attempts to program the key with the attachment cables they were not able to si ce my daughter car is an old model Mercedes they had to remove the ignition and did not charge extra. They did not complain they had to do the extra work and seeing they were dealing with 2 women they didn't try to take advantage. Highly recommended.
