SUPER FAST SERVICE it took him only about 10 mins to make a key for my car!! The price was very inexpensive, quality work, did not have to wait a long time for him to arrive. Hopefully this never happens to me again but IF it does I KNOW WHO TO CALL.

When I called I was told a locksmith would call me right back. Adir called within 10 minutes and even though my need was not an emergency he said he was in our part of town so he arrived in 15 minutes. Adir was professional and helpful with suggestions. He installed a new dead bolt lock and re-keyed 3 other locks in about an hour, cleaned up and was on his way.

I called Shield Locks & Security and Adir responded right away. He called to give me an E.T.A. and arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He called again before coming to my door to announce he had arrived since it was in the evening. Once he assessed my needs, Adir presented cost effective solutions and gave me a price. When my wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our new house, we called several locksmiths but the only one able to come was Shield Locks & Security, LLC of Roswell. We were told that Adir would be there in about 25 minutes and he was. I was initially concerned because Adir didn't have an electric pick tool and instead went old school. He explained that if he was unable to pick the lock with his manual tools, he would have to drill out the lock which makes the job more expensive. I would expect a professional locksmith to have the appropriate tools and I wouldn't expect to have to pay more money because one didn't have those tools. That turned out to not be an issue though because Adir was fairly easily able to pick the lock.While there, we requested that he rekey our locks, which he was able to do. Adir was courteous. Other than not having the electric pick, my only other issue, and the biggest reason for four stars instead of five, is that Adir was too aggressively pushing me to write a review. I don't mind a company requesting me to write a review, but trying to get me to do it right then and there is too pushy. I'm not going to write a review while the job is not complete. In fact, I want a few days to think about the job from start to finish before writing a review.Shield Locks & Security, and Adir, helped us out when we were in a jam and when others couldn't or wouldn't help, and I appreciate that. They just need to back off the review requests a little and it would have been 5 star service.
