Deceptive Business!!I called around for locksmith quotes to have a key made for a car I recently purchased without door keys. I went with these guys because they quoted a $99 starting price. I asked what would cause the price to go up and they said if the cylinders were damaged it could cause additional cost, seems fair. I provided my VIN info and they showed up 2 days later with keys, spent 5 minutes with my car and billed me $175!! No work was done to the cylinders. I called the customer service number that I initially set the appointment through and received nothing but attitude. They told me the individual locksmith sets the rate (which he never told me before he started work) and just kept saying $99 is the starting price. She put me on hold to check further into the situation and after a few minutes hung up on me. Don't want anyone else to get trapped by them!!

5 stars! Recently had a burglary in our locality and called these people to install standard locks for our homes security solutions. The techs were professional and responsive to our queries, installed the locks quickly, and charged way lesser than other locksmiths.

Beware: I tried to get a price over the phone for cutting and programming a keyfob. They gave me a price but as soon as I started to clarify what it included they admitted that it was a starting price and would not give me a price until the tech was on site. Classic scammer technique.
