Very quickgot to our house in 21 minutes after calling 11:17 pm. One door wouldnt work (which actually makes me feel better that even with his professional tools, he couldnt get it), so he had to drill through the lock. He had all the tools he needed though. We appreciate that he got here quickly and was prepared!

Originally called around 5pm to ask about having a car rekeyed due to lost keys. We waited over an hour for a locksmith, but given Atlanta traffic during rush hour that's understandable. Locksmith that came was unable to complete the job and said someone else would be coming to finish which seems odd. We've been waiting on the second locksmith for nearly 3 hours at this point. We were told over an hour ago that the second locksmith would be here in 45 minutes, yet here we are STILL waiting. You can't blame it on traffic at this point. Nothing about this has been quick, and I find it unprofessional that one locksmith would hand us off to another that wasn't available for hours without telling us there would be such a long wait. For nearly $200 one would think that the service would be a bit more prompt. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Again, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE unless you've got nothing to do except sit and wait.*update* After several calls to Rafael our locksmith who kept telling us he was downtown and five minutes away I finally made a call to the dispatcher David. Rafael finally showed up around 10:30pm. David on the phone was very helpful and did offer a discount on the services to try to make things right because of the locksmith being dishonest about his location and arrival time. David told me that it is not the way this company does business to be dishonest about wait times. However, Rafael was an absolute nightmare. He initially refused to honor the discounted price we were quoted, so I had to call David again. It turns out our service had been outsourced to Rafael from our original locksmith. Rafael waited until I got off the phone with David and then refused to turn over the key until after I changed my Google review despite the fact that we had already paid for the key. I had to call David yet again and threaten to get the police involved to get the key and get Rafael to leave the property. I was told that Rafael is not regularly used by this company, and that they wouldn't be using him again. Rafael was dishonest and tried to strong arm us into paying more than we were quoted and tried to force us to leave a positive review despite our negative experience. Rafael was completely unprofessional and dishonest. I have updated this review to 3 stars instead of 1 solely based on the fact that David tried to help us as much as he could, and I do believe that our negative experience was due moreso to a lack of professionalism on Rafael's part than the company as a whole. David was very helpful if a bit exasperated by the end of the interaction as was I. I hope this awful experience was an exception when dealing with In and Out rather than regular order. As I told David and Rafael, I will not leave a dishonest review because I believe consumers have a right to know who they are dealing with. I'm giving David the benefit of the doubt on this one, but we won't be using this company ever again.

Sonny arrived quickly after being called. He inspected the lock and went to his truck to get the proper tools. Within 3 minutes, my door was open! Thank you for a quick response and not damaging my door in the process! The cost was reasonable and he did not try to up sell me and say my locks needed to be replaced so this wouldn't happen again. Definitely would call them again.
