I lost the car key to my Volkswagen beetle but I didn't have a spare key so I was stuck at work. I searched for locksmiths and stumbled upon this business on Facebook. I called and the man on the phone sent another man named Avi over my way. It took about an hour due to traffic but when he came he instantly cut the key and got to work. The key is perfect and I have not had any issues. He was very patient and he worked hard and tested the key multiple times before charging me for the service. (See the attached picture to see my new key and a nice little black keychain they gave me.) I highly recommend this company, and Avi, if you are in need of a replacement key. Thank you Ivs!

The initial 1st time contact Came within the hour Make my key, Open and close the door, Then I found out that the emergency key did not work , About 2 weeks later, I call to inform them of this I was told That I said not to make that key, ' Why would I make an expensive key' and not have the emergency key work? Why would I pay For A BMW key and leavemergency key out Let's just say breakdown in communication no problem, So I still need to emergency key so can I have that made yes that would cost you another $75 OK I'll pay I need the key I can't get into my car, This was on a Friday I was told he had to go out of town on vacation OK I can wait till MondaySo 3 days I can't use my car because he didn't make the keyI was the until I'll be there Monday, No one showed up A call back Tuesday, Axed is there anyone else that could take here my car I need my car has been 5 days I need my car But him, So he did show up Tuesday today and guess what I can't make me the key I need to call BMW, So my point is if he could not have done it the 1st time how could I tell him to make it You could have told me that 4 days ago

Extremely fast and nice remote! I needed a new remote for my SUV and they came to my house free of charge. It literally took less than 5 minutes. The guy was friendly. The remote is working well so far.

Great service! Had lost my car keys and had no replacement. Tech came over to my car, made my key in a matter of a few minutes at a reasonable cost. Even came back again after having some troubles with the new key fob and he fixed it free of charge! If you got lock needs call these guys. Promise you won't be disatisfied.

It was nice to have a locksmith that actually gave me information. I called a number of companies that told me that there would be a cost for coming out, THEN I could get the price for service. All of us know that with this type of business model, most will agree to the price when the technician provides it. It really shouldn't be so hard to give a price for a key. IVS did just that. When Benny arrived, he was very pleasant and professional. He did what was asked, checked the key a number of times, and stayed to answer questions. He was never in a rush to just get it done and leave. He wanted to make sure I was happy with service. After talking with a number of locksmiths, I highly recommend IVS.

Very very good and experienced. I've tried several other Locksmiths who wouldn't even show up after setting up an appointment. Those who did couldn't make the key. I have a 2009 BMW x6 50i and I lost the key. They not only made a key but, ( changed it from a slotted key push start into a comfort access push start) key still in the pocket. Amazing!!!!!!!!! Hands down the absolutely BEST IN GEORGIA.

Awesome experience! They came out to the house, they fixed and replaced both keys on my 2 BMW's, 'very expensive from the dealership'. For a very reasonable price! And, they cleared a code that was on my 328XI, which had been annoying me for months! These guys are great! no ( bait and switch) like a lot of other locksmiths and people that you find online fair and honest company. I found them on Facebook of all places!
