We were floored at how quick, and professional the whole process was. Less than 15 minutes after placing the quote to change some locks at the shop, on a busy Friday around 5pm no less, we were contacted by a technician who arrived shortly after hanging up. Amazing! I backed over the only key and fob I had for my 2015 BMW 328i. Super fast service to my house in less than an hour. Very professional and great communication. Arrived when he said he would. Locksmith laser cut (2) new genuine BMW keys and programmed (2) new Genuine BMW fobs for half what the dealer charges. These were factory Genuine BMW replacement keys and fobs not cheap aftermarket! Locksmith has the correct BMW laser key cut equipment, BMW coding software, and Genuine BMW replacement blank keys and BMW fobs on the truck! Incredible! I am very pleased as you can tell! You wont be disappointed!

How do these people have a 5 star rating? We got locked out of our home and they told us a technician would call us in a couple minutes. They never called. I called them back an hour later to let them know we got into the house and no longer need them to come out. The gentleman on the other end of the phone had all my info yet never called.

Mr. Jonathan was extremely fast and friendly! He was mobile and worked around my schedule. It also took him about 10 minutes to change my key and for a small extra fee he fixed a spare for me as well!Edited: I forgot a set of keys with him and he was kind enough to return to my house to bring them to me. The guy name was David so he says he took a hour to actually get to me them he charged me $120 before opening my car which only took 45 seconds he did not provide me a receipt and drove off like he stole something while I was contacting management to see if this is actually how they are suppose to conduct business Im still waiting for a call from Management!! Also he indicated that he only accepts cash payment.
