We managed to lock ourselves out of our house in the middle of a hot day with our kids and dog. Eugene showed up within 15 minutes of our call. He was able to get us in the house quickly and ended up repairing two other lock issue we had been having that we had been told could not be fixed. His knowledge of lock repair was incredible. We highly recommend J&M.

Ive had to use J&M Locksmith twice - the first time, I had locked my keys in the car and the second time (today), I broke my key off in the ignition. Eugene is very professional and cut a duplicates key to perfection on the first try. It is worth having someone come to your home. I had tried taking my key and vehicle to a store yesterday who said the key was in and that they would put my name on it. An hour later I showed up. No key in sight. In fact no key at all. I had driven 30 Mike's round trip and wanted an hour of my day not including calling in the order. I paid a little more to have the key made on site.

I was quoted $2,000 for an issue that he was able to fix for a small maintenance charge. Dont let other companies take advantage of you. I will 100% use J&M again.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with this company. I called to request details and was told I would hear back from the technician. I heard back within 5 minutes and was able to confirm the price and eta for service. I had already received a quote from Kia on the service and it was ridiculously expensive. I needed a new fob and a new key and it was all very affordable and half of what Kia quoted me. I purposely chose a locksmith that was near my work and they were there within the hour of my first contact. The technician was fast, extremely nice, and incredibly efficient. Eugene came out today, my second time using him and he was great. I had a door lock that was failing to hit the strike plate and a sun room experiencing some settling causing issues with the door being off center. I was afraid he wouldn't be able to fix it and that door would remain vulnerable and I would never sleep peaceful in this house again. To my delight he pulled from all his locksmith knowledge, imagination and expertise and in the end had fixed and secured my door and I am thrilled to feel safe and secure again plus I cant wait to get a good night's sleep!! I called J&M to help find a solution for my office building in Roswell. I have 11 tenants all with a front door key, a suite key and their individual room key. It was very hard for me to keep track of over 30 keys and having to make new ones when someone lost a key. The locksmith Eugene, recommended I re-key all the locks and add a master key so that I would only have 1 key to keep track of and that 1 key would open every door in my building. This is exactly what I choose to do and I love it. I dont have to worry about carrying a bunch of keys around worrying about which key opens what door. I went there over the weekend and use my key and it worked flawlessly. I would recommend using J&M locksmith as they provided a solution for my problem and gave me a great price with quality work. Five stars no doubt.
