I lost my key ring which had my house keys and car keys on it. I called Safeguard Locksmith and they were able to come right out (it took them about 35 minutes) and make me 2 new car keys from scratch and I had them rekey my house locks just to be safe and they were able to do everything all at one time. Very impressed with this company and the service provided.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Customer service was great and got one of their techs out to me extremely fast. My ignition was sticking and I boke my key in the ignition so I had the guy take out the broken piece of key and make me a new car key on the spot. He also determined my ignition needed to be repaired which caused my car key to break in the first place and so I told him to go ahead and fix it. Now it works like new. All of this was done within an hour I might add and the price was so much better than I was anticipating. I would recommend this company to anyone. Will be calling again to upgrade the security on my home.

Liars. Told them I had BWW when I called. Paid them $35 when the first guy who did nothing that I had already done like try and turn the key. He said they would send the technician out the next day to make a key actually make Lazer cut keys for all my cars if I wanted. The guy never showed up. Called them back again they said the tech would be out first thing Saturday morning and he could make a key but couldn't program it. He still never showed up. Called them again they now say they can't make BMW keys but he would come out. He never showed up again. These people lie a lot and are willing to take you money for doing NOTHING.

The price wasnt horrible and on top of making me a new key for exactly what I was quoted they gave me a spare key and a remote for free. I guess I called during some promotion that was going on but nevertheless you guys are amazing!

I needed a car key replacement for my Chevy Colorado and this locksmith company was out to me within an hour just like they said. I never realized what was involved in making a new key but for what the guy had to do the price seemed more than reasonable. Very knowledgeable and professional, and I highly recommend to anyone needing a new car key.

Told me they could be there in 15 minutes, but took over an hour to arrive. To be fair, they did call and alert me of the delay and updated arrival estimate throughout that time period. $75 to unlock standard front door lock (bottom lock, not deadbolt), which I think is fair given what Ive paid others in the past ($75-100). Would use again. Phone operator and actual service dude were both really nice, polite, and efficient. Charged my card via mobile phone at my house, which was convenient.

I usually don't leave posts like this online so that should say a lot right there but this company came right out when I lost my car key and made me a new key on the spot. I have heard stories about locksmiths and prices but for an emergency locksmith to come out to me and make a key like that was really reasonably priced and there was so much involved that I didn't even realize. I was so impressed I have called them 5 more times to do my 2 other cars so I could have a spare, upgrade the locks on my house, replace a door and change the locks on my mothers house and the company I work for now uses them for all of the commercial locks in the building. These guys are so nice, respectful, knowledgeable and fair priced I am going to recommend them to everyone I know.

Terrible experience yesterday. Waited 7 hours when I was told 1 hour. When the technician arrived he was rude. Once he was done, I asked to see the car started. The key got jammed in the door. After a while it opened but the key for the ignition wouldn't turn. He insisted that I keep trying but it took 30 minutes for it to start. After I told him I was not satisfied with the results, he told me to call the office for other problems. My car wont start with their key and car door will not open. Ive been calling the office since yesterday and have not gotten a response. Worse experience ever!!!!

Even on a Sunday, even when it's cold, these guys came out lightning fast and got me back in my car very quickly. Very careful with the car, no damage or marks of any sort. Very friendly, and even worked with on the price! The absolute best, like being helped by a friend!

My wife and I got locked out of our house, and called prolock. Took about an hour for them to get to us, but once they were here, we were inside in no time! Tyler was extremely friendly, and professional. If you get locked out, I definitely reccomend calling these guys!

So I called the company (I use that term loosely) at 6:15pm requesting someone to come and re-key a couple of locks. I was told then that someone would be there within an hour. Over and hour and a half later I call back and am told they will have the technician call me. He calls and tells me he is finishing a job and would be to my place within 40 minutes. Another hour and a half later I call the technician and he says he will be here in 20 minutes. Another 45 minutes later I try calling and no answer. So I call the office yet again and the person there says he will check the status. After being on hold for 5 minutes, he tells me that the technician will be there in 11 minutes. At that point I tell the guy on the phone that I will not be paying the price as quoted because of the time I had spent waiting on the technician. The guy told me that I could have someone else do it if I didnt want to pay, so I said fine but I will definitely post a review of the experience. He then asked if I was going to post a bad review because he wouldnt adjust the price to which I responded I would post the bad review because of poor customer service. At that point he offered to give me 15% off to which I responded I would pay for the actual lock service but not their house call fee, to which he agreed. I then said that if someone wasnt here within 20 minutes, I would call back and speak with the owner. About 10 minutes later the owner called back stating that they would not be coming out because I threatened to post a bad review. He said stuff happens and Atlanta traffic sucks. Both of which I agree with, however had either the technician or the phone guy called me back to explain the delay or apologize for the delay I would have been much more understanding. So because of these folks I wasted an entire evening waiting on something that never showed. I am sure the owner will comment something about me being frustrated or being rude to his phone guy, which I own. However, every time I spoke with someone they kept giving me a different answer and with no explanation. Simple customer service goes a long way and sadly these people dont seem to know what that looks like. There are a lot of locksmiths in Atlanta, so I would encourage you to not waste your time (or all night in my case) and consider someone that values true customer service.

I was told and that the locksmith will be with me in an hour. That was at 11:30 its now 2:30....apparently this keeps happening to people and its very unprofessional . I called multiple times to make sure he was still coming. Each time the answer was the same Ill be there in an hour when he arrived the fee was $55 for him to come out there (EVEN THO MY CAR WAS 2 mins from their company) and $85to get in my car which was a 2006 Nissan Sentra. IT WOULDVE BEEN CHEAPER TO UBER BOTH OF US TO MY DAMN CAR. A total of $140. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE ARE CHEAPER PLACES TO GO TO !!!

Communication and service was excellent. The only thing I would note is the actual cost for the unlock starts at 35 but is closer to 100 if you have a new car. That said, they're much more reliable and punctual than their competition so it's worth it.

Stood me up this weekend. I was told someone would be at my house in 2.5 hours. Many hours, several calls and a message later, they never showed up. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me and say they weren't coming.

My keys were stolen and after calling ProLock, I was told that the key would cost 90. Which sounded reasonable I met them at the location my car was stationed in, and when we reached my car, they proceeded to work on my car. It took them almost 2 hours and they informed me that the wafer was jamming. They eventually were able to get a key somewhat start the engine but they had to force the key into the ignition using a hammer. I was then charged approximately $310 for the hour and half they spent and for a key that does not even lock/unlock the car. Consider looking around for other services before reaching this company.

Very professional over the phone but the guy who showed up had NO IDEA what he was doing ! He was on the phone the entire time getting coached by someone on what to do next along with us telling him what a locksmith in the past did to open the vehicle. As he was hammering the key into the key hole with a screw driver I had to literally tell him to please stop because he obviously didn't know what he was doing and he admitted he didn't. Just insane ! then ontop of it all once he left without making progress we noticed a piece of the interior door was ripped off , called main office he had to come back to take pictures and we had to file a claim. The reviews were so good did not expect this type of service what so ever ever ! Will never use or recommend this locksmith company ever again! They quite obviously don't test there techs to well after they complete a 6 week program.

I just called Prolock after waiting hours for a different locksmith who never showed. I had broken off my key in the double deadbolt lock on my front door. They were here within 15 minutes to extract the broken key and cut me a new one in about 30 minutes time. The price was very reasonable. The locksmith, Tyler, was very professional.

Lost my apartment keys, called ProLock. They answered immediately and dispatched someone to my door within 15 minutes and I was inside 2 minutes later. Only thing is that they quoted me $85 over the phone, and didnt include the $45 'dispatch fee' that I had to pay. Not happy about that, but at least I'm home.
