Pitiful service and communication. And on top of that they lied to me. I googled Pop a Lock and these guys number popped up and not paying attention I hit dial, when the guy answered it didn't sound like he said Pop a Lock, so I asked is this 'Pop a lock' and he said yes. That was very misleading, then he proceeded to tell me 45 minute wait and I ended up calling back as an hour passed and got a voicemail but no callback, so I tried again and again. I ended up canceling my request and called who I originally intended to call. They promptly sent a tech over and had me up and going within 30 minutes. I hate giving these folks a bad review but they legitimately earned it in my opinion.

Awesome guy! My dog got herself locked in the shed in the back yard, and the key that had always worked before wouldn't work. He got the door open in 5 seconds, then fixed the lock so that the same key worked again. Great price, great service! Call him!

Needed a new key for my Honda because it detached from the keypad. I heard a bunch of horror stories about what the cost would be. I reached out to 911 because they had the best reviews. I must say I am more than pleased and Austin was one of most courteous young men I've ever met. Polite and efficient, that's my idea of great customer service. His knowledge along with the GREAT price made this experience pleasant. No question who I will call should I ever have an ordeal with my keys! Definitely a 5~star company with top notch employees. Had 2 appointments with company. No show on both. Claimed all there technician s were sick. Had to call them to find this out. When I finally got to talk with a person he said he knew nothing about our appointment. Got very is rare on the phone. Would not do business with these people if they were the last company in town. Very rude.
