I had the pleasure of meeting with Danny today. He was at my job within 10 minutes. He was very professional and helpful before he got there I was messing with the door with a hanger and jammed it up so my key wouldnt go inside .. stupid I kno I made it worse. My alarm started going off and the only way to shut it down was to put the key in the door!!! Danny was very helpful and patient and helped me with the jam even tho he was only required to get my keys out my car! Great company that goes above and beyond!!

I was very please with my service. My key wouldnt start my car so I did a call at bout 7am and he had me fixed before I even realized he was in my yard. Thanks Jay you did a great job. I hate I made this post because just two days later my key stop working and company gave me the run around for 2 days and still havent helped me... They have the rudest ladies that work morning shift Especially Tiffany and whoever the supervisor was this morning that was in a meeting all day..The key is still stuck in the ignition but hey they made their $150 for the key

I left my keys and phone in the car and locked it unknowingly at Office Depot . I Googled locksmith and MGL came up. After I called and spoke with someone, I was instructed to call back in 10 mins. I was intending on waiting but the locksmith called back in about 5 mins. He introduced himself (Jay) and said he was not far away. By the time I made it outside he was pulling up! He was cool, understanding, and charismatic! I needed the entertainment and service at a time like that!! I enjoy complimenting him on his service because a person of his character isn't easy to run across. I'd lock my keys in my car on purpose again if I had the extra money!!(jk) Thanks Mr. Jay!!
