Great folks here! Ive had them come to my home and my in laws to re-key locks and they are always very prompt. I recently purchased some replica Lexus keys and they were able to laser cut and program for me much cheaper than the dealer would have done it. Highly recommended local key and lock company

Great customer service I ended up breaking a key and half and they were able to take that key and make three more for me without any trouble at all I called ahead they said I had a few people in front of me I said that's fine it be about an hour hour-and-a-half before I can make it up there I showed up early they got me in and out within about 5 minutes....

When waited on staff was inpatient with customers because it had crowded. The quality of theFob is not good. It was torn and chipped in 3 weeks compared to my fobs with my other vehicles.

I called them because my ignition switch wouldn't turn the key so he came out and told me it wasnt theignition it just needed cleaning and he cut me another key and I was having problem with turning the ignition while he was there he told me what I needed to do I did that and I paid 220 for this and now rigjt now my key will not turn the ignition

Very capable staff / shop. They will be able to do what you need. Only 4 stars because I called asking if they could copy my key, I told them exactly what I needed, got to the shop, only to find out they needed to order it. They took my number and said theyd call when it came in. I didnt hear from them in 3 days so I called them and they said it was there. So, some staff slip-ups but other than that they do good work at a good price.

Unprofessional and will waste your time. Setup an appointment, wasted a morning and no one showed up or called. After calling their office, they could not find the appointment and could not send someone out until later in the day. So after inconveniencing me and wasting my morning, they couldn't even send someone out right away to make up for it. The job was for a business and adding multiple locks. I can only imagine how they treat smaller customers.
