Always a pleasant experience at this Ace. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand. My personal favorite is Brenda who works the garden area. She is the kindest, sweetest woman and she gives the best gardening advice. She even brought me some of her own personal garlic plants because I was so desperate for them. Thanks, Brenda. You're the best.

I love this ACE! We shop here frequently and are always able to find what we need. This location stays stocked with all kinds of goodies and is clean. The commercial speaks volumes for this location when it says 'Ace is the place with the helful hardware folks!'

This place is very friendly. I went up to the door one minute before the store was close. ( which you shouldnt do) And the employee noticed me walking away because the doors were locked. He unlocked the door and ask what I needed. He found me the exact size bolt within 1 min and I was out of there in a few mins. Thank you Max

Went in a couple of days before our first freeze. I was looking for the insulators to fit outside spigot. No one offered any help even though some employees watched me walk around and around store. Finally, I asked an older gentleman that works there. He said they are up front if we have any. We had plenty the other day but people that wait until the last minute...you know people like you, rush in and grab them. He didn't specify where up front or show me where up front. I was offended by his remark because he doesn't know what is going in my life that caused me a delay. Irrespective of my health issues and my daughter's that he knew nothing of, that comment wasn't customer friendly. I told the cashier and she said you should hear what I put up with sometime.???????

Didn't feel very welcomed. I walked in with an air filter in my hands, so they knew why I was there. I asked a group of staff members standing at the paint section and they just pointed. Neat and clean, parking available close to the door.

These guys are the best for the oddball parts and pieces I need every so often. Staff is always super helpful. Also helped me out with a Honda Motorcycle key. They didnt have the blanks I needed but I bought them off ebay and Ace cut them for me. New keys work perfect.

This place is great. The people are always helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 's is because they had chicks there but the enclosure they had them in was real unsafe for them. Some kids walked up looking at them and knocked the top down (barely touched it) hitting a handful of the tiny chicks. Would like to see that fixed asap
