How do you give 5 stars to a locksmith who could not cut the key for you? Well, you give them 5 stars when they direct you to the steps you need to take. I explained to Dee that I was trying to replace a lost 'chipped' key for my father-in-laws truck out of state. He lives in the middle of nowhere.... Dee spent time explaining other options to try to get him some help. Sometimes that 10 minutes of friendly and concerned customer service can make your day!!

I have been calling on James and Precision Locksmith professionally for over 8 years now. Tonight I had to call on him because I lost my keys. It was way after hours and James (the owner of the business) personally came out to create a new key for me. This is a wonderful company. After making the mistake of calling the first number I saw online, and having 14 calls all in a row-scams.... I called Precision. Garrett came right out did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. They are a REAL locksmith, licensed etc. They made me feel comfortable after a crazy morning of 'mobile' locksmiths burning up my phone. I highly recommend them.

They are amazing!!! Came on time, very friendly and solved the issue quickly. I had a broken key that locked my security system in my vehicle which prohibited it from starting. James came out and quickly cut the new key and programmed it to my vehicle for an amazing price! Even gave me a complimentary jump start since my battery also died. I was 100% pleased and satisfied with the service I received from James.I live in California and needed rekeying on several locks along with having new deadbolts installed on my empty house in Covington. To begin with I posted a message on their website & he called me within three minutes! We set an appointment, he met my relatives there, stayed in touch with me on his cellphone as he worked, sent me photos and BAM! he was done.The price was beyond reasonable and he took care of securing some other doors & windows at no charge. My advice is for folks to not even bother calling any other locksmiths...this is the company you want.(By the way I still have not had a return call from the other locksmith I had contacted first in Oxford)Thank you James for a wonderful job!!M CurtisSacramento, CA

These guys are top notch. Our technician showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. Our doors had some shoddy workmanship, and he was able to fix them so all the locks worked properly and the deadbolts were drilled correctly. The price was surprisingly affordable, especially for all he did to get our house up to par. He even cleaned up after himself. I was truly impressed, and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Friendly people and they were able to make my chipped key no problem even tho it's a pain in the butt to cut. I've also had them travel out to make a key for my motorcycle that was lost. They made the key from the lock by hand. Pretty impressed.

Securing the house and replacing locks and installing a device to prevent the French doors from being kicked-in again. We needed an emergency lock reset because our apartments maintenance guys installed a lock badly after our first lock snapped. So I called up James who happened to be in the area, he got out here examined the lock, found the issue, uninstalled the lock, fixed the lock, examined our keys and found them extremely lacking cut us four new ones, installed the lock, found an issue with the strike plate on the frame of the door which we, the occupants, weren't aware of which caused the issue with the first lock in the first place and made it so we had to hold the door closed as we locked and unlocked it. A problem which would have persisted to the new door . So he fixed that and now the locking and unlocking action is super smooth.He managed to do all of this in the span of fifteen to twenty minutes. Amazing. Precision Locksmith is great ,go use them.

The most recent experience had to do with a vehicle lockout. My daughter locked her keys in her car at Stonecrest Mall. I called James with Precision and he had someone there within 30 minutes! I called Precision Locksmith and the technician called back right away. He showed up in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and effiecient and the price was more than fair. I called several locksmiths before I called Precision Locksmith. Atlanta Locksmith's tech never returned either of my 4 calls or the 2 calls my sister made to them 2 days later. Another tech from a different company said he would charge $29.00 for coming out plus $75 even if he couldn't remove the broken key for my car's ignition. The 3rd locksmith I called before Precision had a technician that was so rude to me on the phone that I told him not to bother coming out. It turned out that my key was frozen in the ignition barrel so the Precision Locksmith technician could not remove it. He did not charge me for the service call. That was more than fair. Don't bother calling anyone else. Call Precsion Locksmith's. Trust me on this.

The most horrible company out there totally unprofessional I called to have them come and unlock my door at about 330 they quote me a time of 30 to 45 mins no one shows or calls for a hour and 15 min so i call back and the dispatch gets in touch with the technician and she apologizes for running late and not calling so I get a new arrival time of 15 mins keep in mind all locksmiths close at 5 so we are right at that point when they call me back and say they cannot make it I have to call someone else so take head stay away unless you want to stay locked out stay away
