We called to have our house locks changed after moving in to our new home. The technician changed his pricing for his labor no less than 5 times and added additional fees that weren't discussed. He then quoted me $60 to have all the locks work with the same key but then charged $75 on the ticket. I felt extremely taken advantage of. Further, the locks they used were upcharged about $50 over retail after some research. Positives: quick and efficient. Negatives: ridiculously overpriced.

They had quoted $35 plus a $15 fee. When the guy got there we confirmed the price and he stated that it started at $50-55 plus a $19 fee. All together paid $95. I had never paid that much for a locksmith. They just want your money. STAY AWAY.

Rude, the guy did not explain well on either price or details before replaced the lock. We thought it would be a complete replacement, but ended up only the key lock in the middle, and still asked us for $200, this is straight robbery!

Rude, hung up on me when I asked for a little more detail on an estimate. They just keep sayin, 'price starts at...' ballpark and wouldn't even give a typical price. Be prepared to get scammed. Buyer beware.

Do not call them. They just come to make money. We called the number and got the quote $15 for showing up and $35-40 for service. And the guy showed up after 1 hour, and charged us $15+$284=299 for 2 minute work of a regular home lock. They are scam.
