Mikhail arrived early but patiently waited in his vehicle until I went out to meet him because I dont think he wanted to disturb me before our appointment time. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done with a really reasonable price. I especially appreciated his professionalism because as I was trying to find locksmiths around town, I encountered one that was pushy, tried to charge me $260 for what Bonlock charged me $70. I highly recommend them if youre looking for honest, professional, and quality service.

I locked myself out of my house and went into a complete panic. I called Mikhail because he had installed locks for me before. Thankfully he was available and he got to my house in 30 minutes! I anticipated it would cost a premium for this last minute service but not at all. Mikhail maintained his always fair pricing. He was able to get me into my house quickly and did it all with a calm, pleasant demeanor which helped to ease my own anxiety. I'm very grateful to have him as a resource and will definitely use him again in the future. Just hoping though it's for something else besides locking myself out.
