I left a bad review because of a very legitimate problem I had. and I received a call from the owner he was out of town and he was so kind and said when he gets home on Thursday, he will come to my office and install my locks. This Owner called me from his vacation to let me know I will be taken care of. So for that I am removing my negative review of 1 STAR and changing to 4 STARS. I believe this Gentleman. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CALL. The Owner came to my office today as promised, he was an absolute JOY to work with he installed everything PERFECTLY! I gave him a 75.00 Tip and I am making this a 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!!

OUTSTANDING!! I was stranded with a remote key that would not start my BMW Z4, another lock service attempted to fix the problem and only made it worse. He came, troubleshot the problem that was done by the 'other' lock company corrected it in, what I would say is record time (basing that on the other company). Problem fixed keys working car starting and all is well. I very HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. 10 Stars!!!

Today I went to several different places trying to get copies of my classic car keys but no one was able to take care this need for me. I drove just five mins from where I work and found Cobb Parkway Locksmith and lets just say he was not only able to take care of my keys but he went the extra step to make sure they worked before I left. These guys are great! Very friendly and personable. I lost one of my mailbox keys and had just been told by Ace Hardware that they didn't have the key that I needed. Apparently these keys are hard to find and replace. To my delight and relief Cobb Parkway Locksmith was able to make a working key for me and they didnt even charge me for it. I was also able to get 2 other keys made as well. I will definitely come here the next time I have any locksmith needs.

OMG - FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Our contractor locked the garage door into our home. We left home without a key and came home at 6:30PM only to know we were LOCKED OUT of our home. Called Cobb Parkway Locksmith...Danny answered and was literally 6 minutes from our house. He was off work hours and still came after hours. Within just a few minutes he had us in our home! I got locked out my Lexus and called the dealership wish quoted me over double of what gadi charged. Cobb Parkway Locksmith was my saviour today! I lost my second key fob and the dealership wanted me to have the car towed to the dealership and then spend $300-$400 for a new one.
