Excellent service from The Flying Locksmiths of Atlanta. We had one key broken inside the lock of the desk and the technician was able to remove it very fast with no damage to the lock. We also needed a copy of a missing key to be able to open a drawer and they were able to order it for us. Very professional and a pleasure to work with from the first interaction until the job was completed.Thank you!

After hearing good things about these folks and locking myself out earlier today I decided to give them a shot. I assumed I was calling locally but it sounded a lot like a central hub and they couldn't give me a time frame without 'checking on their guy'. Ended up finding someone else that directly answered and I was back in my home in less than 25 minutes. The operator was polite but it just seemed very... Hmmm... Outsourced over the phone?? I might give them another try if I'm not in an emergency situation down the line.

What a breathe of fresh air! I am a Chief Engineer for multi-site commercial properties in Atlanta. I have used multiple lock and door companies over the last 5 years. Some of the biggest names out there (Tebarco) are horrible communicators, they never respond, they do poor work, are never on-time, and are highly-over priced. They have even said to me that they are just too busy with big jobs like the stadium. That said, The Flying Locksmith gave me a fair price and responded within a day or two on all emails. They even sent a text and email when the technician was on his way. They showed up prepared with glass experts to remove a large custom glass door for our lobby and repaired a lock. They were extremely aware of our corporate residents passing through and greeted each one with such courtesy and care. I will definitely be using them again and hope others do too!
