They dont tell you this is a third party vendor and theyll route your call to someone local. The company that came was way over priced and not even a company I can find in a simple search for local locksmith. AFTER the guy is done he says they dont accept checks. This is a business so paying invoices is done by company checks. Fees on top of fees, per lock at that. Lesson learned to get more info next time. Three doors and $1600 later.

Charged me 90 for an old vehicle lockout . Prices are outrageous locksmith sat in his car for atleast 10 mins before calling me notifying me he was here. Will never use their services again

This business is a joke was lie to 3 times, was told he would be here in 45 mins to a hour never came. Call, them back to see where the tech was and the tech called me said that he had a delay that he was sorry and he would be there in 15 to 20 mins. A hour later he was not here so I called and cancel the service. Will never call them again, wasted 2 and a half hours of my life.

Locksmith was very unprofessional , rude, and condescending. We were charged basically 29 dollars for nothing. The locksmith didn't even attempt to rekey the lock just kept saying over and over in broken English it no good you need new lock. When he was asked how much for a new lock he jumped from 80 to 160 within seconds. Total ripoff!
