The response time was quick, he was extremely friendly and the price was reasonable considering i locked my keys in. It was such a. Relief to have him come and not only open the door, but acquire the lock code needed for the keypad, which i never had bc the dealership wanted over $200 just to look it up. If ever you need access to your vehicle, always call AA Locksmith. Hell take more than excellent care of you!

I locked my keys in my car at around 4 in the morning I tried calling this locksmith and the guy on the phone was very rude he told me it would cost 120 dollars which would have been fine any other time but I only had about 80 on me and when I told him it was just a little out of my price range I heard him say 'oh my god' and hung up on me out of no where. I understand it's an inconvenience but it was uncalled for

I managed to lock my keys in the car for the third time in 2yrs. Quite exceptional don't you think? Googled locksmiths in Warner Robins, GA. and called Keith at AA. He said be would be there in 20min. 19mins later he drove up. Looked at the car and said it would take 5min. 4mins later I was sitting in the driver's seat with the engine running. The bill was about $25 less than I expected. If you do NOT want good service. If you do NOT want a low bill. And if you do NOT like the name Keith, then see a psychiatrist. Otherwise call AA Locksmith.

They obviously dont want business. Keith refused to come out while it was LITERALLY SPRINKLING to get my car door unlocked. Said he couldnt risk his safety. To top it off, this was told to me after I gave him the credit card info. In my opinion, AA has employees that are lazy and dont represent the values that they advertise.

Sorry for the long review, but I thought I'd be thorough. One day all of a sudden, my key wouldn't turn in my ignition anymore and my car wouldn't start. I tried a bunch of different things to try to get it going, but no luck. After some research, I thought I was going to have to replace the entire ignition. Called Keith and he knew right away what the problem was, said it was something he'd done a bunch of times before and also said I only needed the ignition repaired, not replaced. Then he gave me a quote over the phone instantly. I called around some other places, but they all told me it'd be a very high minimum price and that they couldn't give me a full quote until an inspector took a look. Some even told me I'd have to get my car towed over to them for service. I set an appointment time with Keith, he texted to confirm exactly 30 minutes prior, and showed up right on time and got to work. He was very professional and got it fixed pretty quick, even texting me photos of the progress so I could see what was going on inside my car. Needless to say, I was happy to have my car drivable again and from someone who I felt was very genuine and trustworthy. Didn't seem like the kind of guy who'd want to rip you off, which is always a good thing. Call him if you need him.
