Superb customer service! We got a lock out in Sprecklesville and he responded within a very, very short turn around time on a Sunday afternoon, around 5 minutes or so. The price was exactly what I estimated it to be, but because I didn't have cash on me it was a little more to use a card. That's fine, I'm just very appreciative of his professionalism and quick response. Thank you for your help!!

They were able to do a lot of research prior to purchasing our keypad lock. We communicated a lot through text which was very convenient and easier on my end to also send pictures of what was needed. I called three 24 hour lock smiths. Aloha lock & safe Responded promptly understanding the importance and urgency. Think about it, you lock your keys, wallet, cell phone in vehicle. You borrow a phone to call some only to realize the numbers to call are on the phone. Couldnt get a taxi wallets lock up you panic feeling helpless. You even contemplate breaking the window.Then Aloha lock & safe come to the rescue on pen doors in 10 minutes. Thank you

Someone stole my bag off the beach taking my spare key and I was left stranded. Jon arrived within 20 minutes and opened my car so I could access my keys. Would definitely recommend his service.

Called first thing in the morning. Luckily a cancelation got me a last second opening, took only 35mins completed. From the time I made the call to signing the invoice, 20-25mins was the travel distance/time to get to my location. All in all, speedy and professional service. Will recommend to all!
