I rarely post reviews on a company but to occupy my time until the Better Business Bureau opens up, why not? From the driver to the owner, I have never experienced such blatant unprofessionalism from a company whose mission statement specifies 'the very BEST professional towing services.' RJ has no business in an admin position lacking the necessary skills to de-escalate customer problems. By far, the worst I've experienced! No need to respond...

Absolutely the best here on the island. They were quick, reasonable, and professional. Other services were either slow on the pickup and came back with, Sorry cant do it today...tomorrow? Which to say the least was frustrating if I had plans for the next day. But this service was the first to ask me, what time will work best for you? Which was followed with, We can do it...meet you there. Wish I called this service first. Definitely will use again if needed.

Fantastic service, arrived when they said they would, went through the trouble of getting a base pass, plus an additional inspection to be able to tow me (unstick me) on a military base. Super impressed with Adams professionalism and expertise. Would 100% recommend. (Wish that Progressive had called them last time when we were stuck on the H1 and the service we were quoted took 2 hours longer than expected, communication was terrible and the experience was not close to pleasant. Glad we switched our insurance!!)

We were out in the middle of Waimanalo and our battery died. We called for roadside assistance and got hooked up with Tip Tows. Our driver RJ made it to us quicker than the quested time with a smile and humor. I have dealt with Tip Tows before and they never fail to be on time, friendly and helpful. My experience with this company. A reminder that there are still good people on this earth. Let me note: I rarely take time to do reviews, but in this instance, I must.As a South Carolina native, and never having visited Hawaii myself (making the trip soon though), I am currently in Colorado to assist my sister after a very difficult surgery she has gone through. A few nights ago, I received a call from my son in Hawaii. His vehicle had broken down on the side of the interstate, and on a bridge nonetheless. His phone had low battery and he wanted to let me know he was Ubering to an auto parts store, in an attempt to get the tools he needed to go back and try to fix his vehicle. Concerned for his safety, not only working on his vehicle on the side of the highway, but also concerned he would not be able to get it fixed and would have no phone charge to call anyone and get home, I suggested that he call a tow truck service instead. He was worried that he didnt have enough battery on his phone to search for a company and coordinate the logistics. So, I offered to locate a company so he could preserve his phone battery.I called several places prior to calling Tip Tows LLC. Some wouldnt help because he was no longer with his vehicle. Some wouldnt help because I couldnt identify the exact location of his vehicle! - Understandable, but I wasnt going to give up. Finally, I reached RJ at Tip Tows. From the moment I called him, I knew I had reached a good company. RJ truly cared, he wanted to help. He worked with me to try to identify the location of the vehicle based off of my limited knowledge. He was so patient with my lack of familiarity of the area and spent a good bit of time on the phone with me, working to get as much information as possible to find and retrieve the vehicle. He and his team went very far out of their way to help us. Additionally, I received regular phone calls from RJ throughout the evening, as he provided me status on their progress. They found it!!! They were able to tow it, AND they picked my son up from the auto parts store he had Ubered to. Tip Tows made sure my son, and his vehicle, made it safely home. I am forever grateful.It is so rare to come across this kind of kindness, support and great customer service. I wish only that I could rate them with more than 5 stars. Absolutely recommended! These guys deserve every single one of these stars! I was more than happy to give out 5. Professional and friendly service, I felt like we became friends by the end of the experience. You also cant beat these prices! Trust me when I say that they give you the best price on the island, theres no need to even second guess it! My car was transported with no problems at all. The drivers are well educated and know what theyre doing. If I ever need a tow again I wont hesitate to give Tip Tows a call. I highly recommend them over any other service!

This guy was awesome. Literally made my day. My wheels were stolen, on Christmas too. Under normal circumstances, the services he provided isn't normally what he does, but I'm glad he was nice enough to help me out. He personally picked up my wheels and delivered them to me, then went on to install them, bringing all the necessary tools. All I had to do was stand there and watch. He was careful with the brand new tires and went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't thank him enough.

RJ (the tower) was such a pleasure to have and I really appreciated his effort in treating the car as his own. My boyfriend and I waited for 3 hours for the first tow truck who forgot a dolly but afterwards as Tip Tows came in less than 30, we were able to quickly and effectively get the car back to my boyfriends house. He was also kind enough to help put the car on the jack in the garage. His service and communication skills with us were appreciated after the accident with the car but we definitely left with more advice and kindness than we expected. THANK YOU TIP TOWS! (The only towing company I trust and will ever go to). I also stole one of his company cards just Incase I needed another towing.

I havent much luck within the last year with cars and have used a couple of different tow services. RJ from Tip Tows is by far the best. He called me several times while en route to me to update his location and eta. When he did arrive, we were on the road quickly. When someone is stuck on the side of the road they are normally stressed, on their way to appointment, and think they now have to pay hundreds of dollars to have their vehicle repaired. RJ is very helpful and polite to make an unwanted experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for road side assistance.

How can I start.... Well I got into a fender bender and called this company. Unfortunately at the time they could not assist me. However the gentleman went out of his way to refer us to another company located in mililani. This turned out to be perfect because they were right near the Mililani Walmart. Tip Tows Towing are Awesome! Our tow driver was RJ. He is very professional, friendly and absolutely knows what he is doing ONE HUNDRED PERCENT! Tip Tows equipment are also top notch! RJ came with a flatbed kind of tow truck. Thank God for Tip Tows Towing(: I just finished work at 10pm and went to start my car, unfortunately it couldnt turn over): I called Geico Roadside Assistance and they called Tip Tows Towing. The driver called me immediately while I was on the other line and got to me very quick in 15 minutes. Rude telephone customer service.For those of you that have a chance to read the response from the owner, he just proved my point :) a professional responsible owner would have tried to resolve the issue.
