Terrible! Asked to have 3 keys made (1 for 3 properties). Instead they changed out locks and then had keys made. Ended up being really expensive! Told them I would be at their office after 1pm and nobody there told me they would be closed for lunch. Will never use these guys again.

They went above and beyond to help us unlock our car. They were on site within 5 min and were so polite and helpful. They worked with even though they werent the provider our insurance company had sent to help.

Extremely rude charges way too for the 'service' immature locksmith could do it better and cheaper for the price takes forever to rekey anything as simple as a Master Lock a WEEK OR MORE is completely ridiculous if you live in a farm or rural area you might as well take out your pocketbook and write a nice big ol check just for them to get there and not even get your stuff done $300 just to drive out to my place that's ridiculous it doesn't even cost me that much to buy a lock set and do everything myself and don't even get me started on they charge you if your kids in a car 100 bucks that's what they charge my friend to get her two-year-old daughter out of her car that's not something you should have to pay for that somebody's life
