Im sorry this is so late but Jeremy was amazing! Me and my boyfriend were out in the middle of American falls and he found us within 15 minutes after he drove all the way from Blackfoot to help us! He didnt give up or give me any doubt that he couldnt get the snapped key out of my ignition! He did it within about 30 minutes hes amazing and also a great person to talk to when youre trying to to freak out inside haha! Thank you again so much Jeremy!

We just bought a new car and a day later the key wouldn't turn in the ignition. We looked up so many videos and figured out that it was the lock mechanism in the ignition. We gave LDA a call to figure it out and they were so helpful! They got our car fixed in one day and they were so nice! Would recommend anyone go to them with any lock issues you have! We know who we will be calling next time!

LDA came through for me in a big way twice in the last month. With a 2015 vehicle we were locked out of with no keys, and other locksmiths and the dealership said several times we would have to tow the vehicle to them for any resolution. Untrue.Shad came quickly set us up told us how to fix it, saved us hundreds, same with a rekey of a home. John and Shad worked tirelessly to help us and on very grateful for this good honest company. So I lost my keys to the two disc locks on my storage unit. I spoke with one locksmith who said it would be $65.00 for the service call, plus labor and if they had to grind off the lock it would be $100 per making it $200.00 plus the other amounts. I called LDA Security I explained my predicament and that I was on a time crunch the locksmith technician came out tried to pick the locks ended up drilling them out and it cost me only $50.00 for everything I truly wanted to thank them for their hardwork and prompt service Ill definitely use them again.

I cant express my thanks enough for the help the locksmith provided me! I was driving across the country in a huge moving truck towing my suv and stopped in Pocatello for gas. I locked the keys in the truck along with my puppy! I was so upset and the locksmith calmed me down and was there within 10 minutes. He unlocked the truck within a couple of minutes, and gave me a hug because he knew how upset I was. Not only that, but I had pulled into a gas station that was too small to maneuver the truck and trailer out of, so he stayed to guide me as I had to do a multiple point turn to get out of there safely. I cannot thank him enough for all of his kindness in my time of stress!!!

Halfway into my road trip to Northern Idaho I realize I forgot the key to my cartop carrier. Its Saturday and even if I overnight the key I wont have it till Monday. I call a local locksmith knowing they wont be open and if they are it will take hours to make the key and then the business will empty my wallet. I call LDA and the guy is way cool. He was willing to open his shop and 30-min later Im back on the road with two keys to my Yakama cartop and it only cost about $40. This company totally saved my family camping trip.

These guys are fast, affordable, and GOOD! They were able to make a key for my son's WRX, they went to where the car was, was able to program it, and even had a key in Stock! Subaru didnt even have a key in stock & it would have taken a week to get the key in, & would have had the car towed to them! I highly recommend these guys! They were GREAT!

Imagine.. its 6pm.. 98 degrees outside. Your car door shuts and the doors lock. Your 16 month old baby is sleeping in the backseat!!! My phone, keys, insurance everything locked in there. I called Dennis with LDA in a frantic panic - he reassured me that she would be fine and he was already on his way to me. After a long 5 minutes... he showed up!! After he got me into my car and we made sure she was okay ... still snoozong ... I turned to him for payment. Dennis tells me my daughter being safe is payment enough and thanked me for my business. THANKED ME for him getting into my car.. Top knotch service and I will ALWAYS recommend them.

Locked our keys in a running car. GoogledPocatello locksmith- LDA was the third one I tried and only one who answered this late. 20 minutes later they were here at 10:30 pm and within 5 minutes of them getting here, they had the car unlocked and our problem solved. I have never used LDA before, but they honestly made it so my boyfriend was not late for his night shift. They were very convenient and professional and FAST! So relieved right now and impressed with their service. Also,inexpensive and very reasonable considering the time we called! I am so impressed!

We had a new key programed to our 2013 Chrysler 200 because we lost the original key, and after about a week we found the original in a jacket pocket. We then tried to use our original key and it wouldn't work. My husband called and they said they don't believe it's our original key and they won't fix it unless we pay them to reprogram the original. Why would we need to pay the company to fix something that they rendered useless??! Our original key should work. They have cheaper prices, but, for example, it's pointless if you're going in to purchase a spare and then after only one works. I'd rate zero stars if I could.**UPDATE: They called and left a message saying they could do it for us for half the price. Which, I'll be honest, was a little patronizing. Once again: Why should I have to pay for them to program my factory key?The only way I will change my review (or opinion of them) is if they do the thing they should and reprogram my key without expecting me to pay. Which I honestly don't think is an outrageous request.

When it comes to locksmiths or security related items I will not use anyone except LDA! I called Dennis Saturday night after ACE Hardware's spare key they made broke some tumblers off in my ignition. Not only was he quick to respond but even came back the next day which was father's day to finish the job! My car is not a typical car either. One of only a few in Idaho most likely. He got it fixed and got me going. The entire time was fantastic with keeping me in the loop and was very pleasant to deal with as well!
