How refreshing - a company who actually listens to their customers to understand what they need, and then delivers!I tried another locksmith company first. They came in to my home and from the beginning told me how awful my locks were and how somebody could break in easily, etc etc etc. They tried to upsell me at every turn. When I told them I wasnt interested they said that that was their job. I replied that it was their job only if I asked them to give me a security analysis.BA Locksmith was awesome! Very professional, efficient and personable. I highly recommend them for any locksmith needs. Thank you, BA Locksmith!

We just purchased a new home in Eagle with nine separate door levers and deadbolts...all keyed alike. They were Schlage locks, but only Kwikset offers the smart key system. The replacement locks were well over $300 and of course it was quite a doqngrade to Kwikset. I called BA Locksmith and Security and he was able to come the same day and rekey all nine locks for half the price of replacement. He was on time, completed the work quickly, and provided four keys. Based on our discussions of locks and locksmithing, I would give him my highest recommendation and will call him if I ever need locksmith services again.

I found these guys online. They recommended a brand of deadbolt to get to replace my broken one and that would rekey easily with my existing doorknobs and came out on time the next day to install them for and even fixed an issue with the alignment of the lock really quick that had made it challenging to unlock the door previously.
