We lost our key and they came out after hours to our home in Middleton, to key up a replacement for our Honda Odyssey . Excellent service. We later needed another key programmed to match it. The cost was very reasonable and again it was just as they were closing. I highly recommend them and will always use their services. They were the best.

Ive got 2 keys made for my car. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and respectful. I had a great conversation with her. My girlfriend accidentally lock her keys in her running car when she was about to head to work. My insurance company was sending out the Canyon County Towing and Repair service but they were over an hour and 1/2 late before I called and cancelled. I called AAA-1 Lock and Key and the guy on the phone took my name, address, car and gave a friendly chuckle and said he was on his way as quick as possible because he was located about 5 minutes away at their store! Unfortunately the first service showed up after I got off the phone so I was unable to meet my driver for AAA-1...Im calling my insurance so we can switch over to these people. They are very respectful, professional, great prices and ready for anything! Id give them a 10/10 but can only to 5/5! Highly recommended!And to who ever I got off the phone with this morning, your badass!

I managed to get my keys locked in my trunk. I called the place. They were on helping another individual and informed me it would be a 45 minute wait (which turned out to be quite accurate). I let them know that was okay. They called me when the other job was complete and headed over. Arrived at about 50 minutes after the call. He had my keys out in about a minute. Good service. Accurate time estimates.

Long story short, as I'm swinging the truck door shut, I catch a glimpse of the keys comfortably nested on the center console. Now as we all know in a situation like this, the space/time continuum slows to a crawl. It does this not to give a possible second chance at the event, but rather burn our ignorance deep into the psyche. The door slams shut, the first moments of confusion start to wear off. I check my pockets in a last ditch effort, thinking maybe there's a second set of keys in there. (I did label it 'last ditch').With reality now set in I do the math.Which peice of glass is the cheapest?Will insurance pay for this?Wonder if a lock Smith is very expensive?After running the numbers, I naturally came to a fine conclusion. I'll just round up the necessary tools, and open the door myself. Now three hours later, and my inner Macgyver severely disappointed in the result, or rather lack off this endeavor. I used my final tool. The swiss army knife of all tools, and (no not a rock) called a lock Smith. I Googled, then randomly picked. I dialed, no answer. It is like almost 10 on a Friday. He called back before I even started looking again. Explaining myself, he stated he would arrive in 9 minutes. That didn't seem possible I thought looking down again at the Google map of lock people. What felt like 6 minutes he arrived. Quite, and to the point, but a comforting personality. Now what came next, no man wants to experience. Also remember, I had been at it for just over 3 hours, and had tried a arsenal of things, including a slim jim. (This is actually a long story short). He is in a van. He gets out, says 'hey how's it going?' While it seemed painfully obvious to me I replied 'oh....a ..pretty good I guess!?'. This guy then reaches into the passenger side, for what I assumed was a mega-tech 3000 omnitronic door opening retrieval system, and pulls out what looked like a bent coat hanger. Walks over to the passenger door and goes to work. He will never get it with that I thought, have tried a few similar devices. Now by go to work, I really mean pull out some sorta advanced, kungFu, yoga, Matrix move and tried the door handle. Now I believe he knew it was open. The guy didn't spend more than 5 seconds to open that door. This is absolutely NO EXAGGERATION. 5 SECONDS. Honestly, he was so quick he could have done other stuff to. The point being of all this is, if you want back into your vehicle, 10 minutes ago, they cant break the laws of space/time, but they sure as sh#* can bend the laws of physics, and get you back in quick. It was 65 bucks. I checked around later, and that was about average given time of day. They take plastic on the fly. Great service!

I dont really review much, but when it comes to my children I will. We called him asking if he could come unlock our vehicle because one of our kids accidentally locked his brother in the car. He did not seem to interested in helping and was not welcoming over the phone and to top it off he told us to call someone else because it was inconvenient to him. Thank god it wasnt summer time!

Totally awesome! Had key stuck in ignition and could not turn on, off, or remove..tried YouTube repairs late Saturday night...no success. Answered phone Sunday morning and came for repair. Rebuilt ignition and cut a spare ignition/door key & door key. Co-pay billed the invoice to my insurance and had it working better then when we got the used 2003 Honda Pilot. Great explanation to me and my wife as to work completed, why this occurs, and what to look out for in future. Wonderful customer service and addressed questions and concerns with recommendations for better usage. Call him now if you got car key needs!
