They rebuilt the broken ignition lock cylinder I brought in for $26 in snap time too! The whole lock cylinder was $220 online, with the center part being $23, they replaced the center in just about an hour, and the staff was super friendly too! Would definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE experience!!! I brought an Acura key fob to have cut, waited nearly two hours for the kids at the front counter to tell me I needed to have my cylinder lock re-keyed and that my fob was too thick after they cut the only one I brought in WRONG. I got a second professional visual opinion and was told that if i got my cylinder lock re-keyed then my original keys would not work. Mind you my original key works in the doors and ignition cylinder lock with ZERO issues (2 valet keys) and (original key fob from Acura). Even after the key was cut Mike the head guy of the business laughed and told Tyler who did the job, 'he didn't do it right stop filing it down and to cut it again.' I was also told by another licensed locksmith that there is NO reason to re-key a cylinder lock unless the key is NOT in working order. I'm now out on cutting the key $20.00 and the key fob which was $42.00. Bottom line you don't want the run around don't deal with these KIDS at the front counter. They will not resolve anything. SO now they want me to re-key my cylinder lock ($65.00) and buy two new blades for the keys (at my expense) and pay them to cut both keys to match my newly re-keyed cylinder lock. I know keys wear down but if it was worn enough my original keys (3) wouldn't work. Which does without issue.

Stupid me locked myself out of my keyed room and thankfully Mike came to the rescue! He was a very kind man and worked very fast. I felt so bad for calling so late but I am very thankful that he could come by. Ill definitely use them again if I ever make the same mistake!

Had ARK change the locks on every apartment at our complex, which was a challenge to schedule with everyone. ARK was amazing and worked with us to make sure it was all done within a timely manner and done well. We have also ordered extra keys from them and they get it done very quickly. They also engrave the apartment numbers on the keys. Definitely recommend!

Can't say enough good things about this place! They saved me over a $100 (and over an hour) from what the dealership quoted me for getting a new key fob programmed. I showed up with all all my crazy kids in tow and they were so sweet and patient with them in the store. This is what is great about respectful small town customer service. They've got my business for life.

Super over priced! They Quoted me a minimum of $35 to create a key from a code. This can be done extremely easily and everywhere else only charges $10-$15. Also, spare keys are six dollars here where its easy to get them 2-4 dollars elsewhere. Shop around!

I got a new car key made there and the first time I used it it got stuck in my ignition and I couldn't turn my car off! To make matters worse, I was a half an hour away at work and was already late! I was so frustrated, but I drove back and they were so quick to help me. They had made the key wrong initially and they fixed it and spent a lot of time making sure it was correct! They then made complimentary keys for my car as a 'sorry'. I was really happy with how it ended even though it was a frustrating situation to begin with!

I had the most unpleasant experience dealing with Mike at ark last week. He was incredibly rude on the phone, I felt like I was bothering him and an inconvenience. I needed him to come out and check my companys fire systems. He said he would come Wednesday LAST WEEK, he never showed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since it was a holiday weekend. I called him today and was treated with the same rude and annoyed man who spoke down to me, telling me I needed to get other things done before he would come out. If that was the case, why didnt he tell me that the first time?! Weve been dealing with him for a few years and he has been rude every time, but not showing up and blaming us? Were done.

This company is amazing. I locked my keys in my car, in St. Anthony on the day of the Pioneer Day celebration. Steve came and bailed me out before the parade started, taking only seconds to safely unlock my car. There was no damage! Their customer service is on point, they are very efficient and professional. Locked keys in suburban, didnt have another set handy, I called them and they responded right away. Within 20 minutes they had my wifes vehicle unlocked and she was on the road. It likely would have been 10 or less but we live just outside of town. They are great!Ive had many opportunities to have them provide other services and they are always very kind, willing, and on top of it. I recommend them to anyone!

It turned out that our door wasn't locked, but a mechanism inside the handle was stripped and needed to be replaced. These guys are one of the only non-dealership places in eastern Idaho to get a key cut for a Ford (trust me, I checked everywhere!). Service was prompt and the key is in excellent shape. Would definitely recommend these guys, especially if someone else at a car dealership wants to charge you an arm and a leg to order a key.

They've been very helpful on a number of occasions. Had them cut new keys for worn out vehicle keys, unlock cars with the keys locked inside, and re-key a vehicle key. Seemed pricey, but definitely worth it, service and work is A+.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars and here's why: I just got a car for cheap and it had a set of bad keys. It could take you anywhere for 10 seconds to 5 minutes to get the thing to start because you had to just sit there and wiggle the key. I knew/know how hopeless it is to try to get a better key from an imperfect copy, but I went in anyway. In 3 minutes we had two copies that worked when you first put them in. FOR 5 DOLLARS. Go here, they can do some pretty amazing things.

My 3 year old son had locked himself into one of our bedrooms in our new apartment, (managers did not give us a key for the door). We called Ark Security and in 10 min they arrived and got the door unlocked. we were told it would only be $35, but after the service they said it was free because a child was locked behind the door. I would recommend them to anybody, they will unlock your car or house door if a child in involved. Thank you Ark Security!
