They have about everything you need to build a house or a car for that matter. For the convenience, they are great, but the price reflects that as well. Higher prices than what products cost elsewhere. Sometimes the customer service has been good and willing to help you find something, and sometimes you get a person having a bad day. Its a bit hit and miss on that aspect. So aside from being overpriced on most products and parts, they do have about anything you need.

I called ahead to see if a part was available, The girl said it was, I went in to pick it up. I also needed the tool to put it on and a jump pack for the Battery that together was $260.00 when I arrived I grabbed the tool and the jump pack and asked for the part, the less than helpful parts manager, looked around for a minute and said he did not see it. Will not trust this store again!

I had a horrible experience here. Employees were not helpful and made us feel very unwelcome. One got mad at my 7 year old for playing with snow in the tree lot. That's what kids do and what was it hurting??? Nothing. Another employee asked my kids to put the toy they were looking at back because she was rearranging the display. If they can't look at a toy while we are there then I surely won't buy any toys from there. We go every year to pick out our Christmas tree from here and my kids have always loved this tradition. Well NOT this year. I may never return due to this experience and the rudeness of the employees.

These fellers in the auto parts store. Are alot more helpful than in the hardware store. These fellers are always smiling and very helpful and eager to help with anything that you need or try to answer your question as efficient as possible. My hats off to you guys your good at your positions keep up with work and customer friendly.
