I never normally write these reviews, but Sergio at Laredo was the man. I called about 3 other locksmiths for estimates, they all quoted me at like $125+. They were able to do it for significantly less, but best of all the time from when I called him, to him coming to my place to take out the old lock, and install a new mailbox lock took less than 20 minutes. I'm not even exaggerating. Prompt and professional service. Hopefully i never need to call again, but definitely would if lost my keys again.

Bought an old motorcycle, and the key got stuck in the ignition lock position, and wouldnt unlock the handlebars or come out. I brought the ignition tumbler to Laredo and they were able to get the key out, diagnose that the issue was a worn down key, then used that worn out key to manually cut 2 new keys for my bike. Both keys work flawlessly! No chance that one of those automated key cutters could have done that. Incredibly impressed. I would have paid twice what he charged me for it!

I called them and they were able to come out the same day within a few hours to change a lock on our storefront. He was fast and the price was great! They also gave 2 keys, which was helpful! I would highly recommend Laredo Lock Co. to anyone for changing a lock who needs it done right and fast!

I cannot rave enough about Laredo Lock. My key had broken in the lock on the door to my apartment late at night. I called another Locksmith who said they'd be 'at least 20 minutes' and 30 minutes later kept promising '10 more minutes.' They also told me it COULD be as low as $40 to come out and then $65+ depending on the level of difficulty, which didn't seem too legitimate. After an hour (shame on me for waiting this long!) they eventually revealed they were still working a job 30 minutes away... I promptly called Laredo Lock. They answered immediately, asked me questions to gauge the situation, gave me the price on the spot (a reasonable one, too), and said they's be there in 20-30 minutes. He showed up 19 minutes later and swiftly extracted my key. He stayed to make sure my spare keys worked. He was incredibly professional and had remarkably high character and transparency. He warned me to the ways of emergency locksmith scams and I'll never go to any one else in a pinch again.

Very unprofessional and very sketchy. They ask you 100 questions not relating to your situation and than tell you 'I can't help you out, were booked'. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere for an honest job, these guys are sketches.
