Horrible customer service.Repaired poor installation (by tightening two screws) then demanded payment for 5 minutes of labor. No price list ahead of service. Claimed 5 minute visit was worth $100 then when I questioned charging a repeat customer for repairing a poor installation, he dropped the payment to $75. Refused to leave my apartment without payment. I asked him to email me an invoice and he said I had to follow him out to his vehicle to pay immediately.I called the office to speak to a supervisor and they literally forwarded me to the repair person standing in my living room.Terrible experience. I will never give this company my money again.

This locksmith company is the best! I've had 2 other previous experiences with locksmiths before and both were awful. the other companies took forever to get to me, were so rude and charged a fortune. Amanda was so fast. She said 20 minutes and was there in 20 minutes and charged me a third of the other people and even informed me that I can file it with my car insurance and be reimbursed. I could not be happier. Everyone should use this company. They are so professional and went out of their way for me. Thanks On the Go and thanks Amanda .

Hey everyone,After calling 2 other companies that promised to come and never did I called Locksmith on the go and they were very efficient and helpful. They sent a technician that arrived in 15 minutes and opened my front door. This company is legit! I got locked out of my car at 1am on Friday night. All those 'big' companies with thousands of reviews and say they are open 24 hours are scams. I was calling over and over to those companies with no answer. Finally someone answers and they tell me they can't open it til morning. What kind of 24 hour locksmith doesn't actually give 24 hour service?! ON THE GO answered first try when I called. Omg I was so happy. Amanda came in 15 minutes. Wow a company that says they're 24 hours and actually was 24 hours. This is clearly a small experienced company that knows what they are doing. Forget those other garbage companies, clearly their reviews are made up. On the go is my go to company if I ever need service again.

Ron is the best. On the Go is the best. It's Easter, I locked myself out of my house in a rush and I couldn't find any other company that would come out. On the Go answered immediately and Ron was at my house in 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. He opened my door so quick, like James Bond. Ron was very nice and professional. I dont know what a fair rate is, but we got charged almost $500 (including tax) just to get in the door ($280) and get one lock installed ($150 for a no-brand lock + $50 labor), all done within half an hour (after our waiting for an hour). Seems a bit high. Wish we had just gotten a lock from our neighborhood hardware store for less than $20 and installed it ourselves. And we could have easily spent over 1k within a couple of hours if we had agreed to let the technician change or rekey our other locks. Thank goodness we stopped at one lock. Anyway, ask them the prices before you hire them!P.S. The job was in the afternoon/early evening, not 2 am emergency.Update: After I posted my review, the company reached out to me, and offered me a $100 discount, which I accepted.

The Very BEST 24hr. EMERGENCY LOCKOUT SERVICE!!! We were locked out of car at 2am Sat. Morning. Ive called few other services,,no answer,,cant get to u till 8am...They answered right away and dispatched AMANDA. SHE SHOWED UP IN 30 mins. Service itself was fast, but I felt that it was weird they didnt tell me the price over the phone and I didnt feel it was reasonable at all for a one-door lockout.Update:After leaving this review, they called to address my concerns. While I hope they clarify availability/distance issues over the phone in the future, I appreciate that they worked hard to ameliorate the situation.

Excellent service.I had Ellay stopping by in my mother's house, she is an older lady who was stuck outside of the house , they were very sensitive with situation, solve the issue within 20 min and charged me a very decent price. When I called my mom to see how things going there, she told me that Ellay,grabbed a chair and a bottle of water from his truck so she can rest while he is working WOW. Amanda was amazing. I am so pleased with how quickly she was able to get here and her thoroughness. I had a fresh install of two dead bolts on a 100 year old house. The doors were solid wood and previously only had a skeleton key. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process before starting. I highly recommend her!

Fast and reliable- I moved into my new house and realized that one of the doors I didn't have a key for and it was to the garage and the movers were on their way. I called and they stated they would send someone immediately. Sean arrived and jumped right into action. He popped open the door and changed the locked. Then I asked to change another and Sean replied with a smile and said no problem. He even canceled the service fee because he was 30 minutes late. I didn't ask. He was kind and considerate. Fantastic experience with On The Go Locksmith. I was locked out of my car in the middle of the night, and a little uncomfortable about the area I was in. My technician, Tim, confirmed my address and was supportive and reassuring when I asked to wait in a location I felt safe (the nearby 24 hour Walgreens). He arrived quickly, my car was unlocked without a hitch, and made sure I felt comfortable to drive before leaving. It was all completely above and beyond the call of service and I really appreciate it. Would recommend to anyone!

I locked myself out of my house and did a quick search and found this company. It was about 9pm on the 4th of July so I wasn't expecting anyone to get back to me soon and thought for sure I'd be up charged. Neither was the case. The technician reached out to me within minutes and was at my house within 20 minutes. She was really friendly, explained everything she was doing, and got me back in my house quickly.
