What a GREAT experience! I meant to post this review earlier. My husbands car broke down and insurance told him it was gonna 3 hours for tow company to get to him. I then called the insurance and told them it was not exceptable. They then called Lake County roadside and they came within 45 minutes and the gentleman had my husband car literally hooked up within 30 seconds and on its way to the dealers. He was quick, professional and very pleasant. Thank you for the great service. Will refer this company to many. Also, tell your insurance to call them first before the others.

We were moving into our new home when our keys got locked in our Taurus. (ALWAYS when you're moving!) I called Nick and he was more than kind. He was here in about 15 minutes, and was VERY affordable! I would recommend them to ANYONE for their services, as they have proven themselves to be more about actually HELPING people than being all about the money.I'll be calling them again!

Nick was great. Not only did he show up right away, but he tried everything he could to save me the hassle of being towed. He tried starting my car, tried diagnosing the problem, and when that didnt work, walked me through how to submit a claim and get reimbursement from my insurance. Awesome service, Ill be calling them again if needed.

I didnt get to use their service so this is not a service review. But the person who took my call was very rude and tried to scam me. He asked me what kind of car I had, as soon as I said Mercedes Benz Coupe he said Id be over $100, I mentioned why that much Im 3 miles from destination, hes replay, you have a Mercedes buddy. I told him Ive being towed recently and it was $60 And he said I dont do $60 tows for a Mercedes, very rude and horrible way to take a call. Very low ethics

Worst customer service I had experience. My insurance company set me up with this company to tow my car, while I was at work. I instructed my insurance company to let them know I would not be there. I get a call from the apparant 'owner' saying if I was not there he would not touch it. The guy was very rude and condescending. I had an appointment with my local dealership to get new keys made with for my car since they were stolen. This guy cancelled my service and almost made me miss my appointment. I was absolutely levit from the customer service the 'owner' provided. Not to mention, I am a Veteran in the US Army. If the owner is reading this, you ought to be ashame of yourself for treating a potential client like that. I will NEVER recommend anyone to your company and will NEVER do business with you again.

This company was contracted through my insurance company's roadside assistance and it was a terrible experience. I called 30 minutes after they were supposed to pick up my vehicle and was told that the driver had come to my vehicle and called me and had left because I wasn't there, even though I was at my vehicle and I also had no missed calls. They then said they had contacted my insurance company and told them they couldn't get hold of me, which was also a lie because my insurance company had not heard from them either. Throughout the whole process the representative from LCR was very rude and repeatedly accused me of being a liar. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. STEER CLEAR!!!!!
