Having a huge family emergency and the entire time we were in contact with the locksmith attempting to receive a quote, they were pressuring us to use their services via phone call and were very rude when we told them we were not moving forward. All of this taking place in the span of twenty minutes. At 22:40 you can see my initial call to the 630 number (the number which is on file). After that, both the original 630 number and the 773 number (the actual locksmith himself) continued to call repeatedly until I told them I would not be moving forward with their services. Truly a bad experience for an already rough night.
