Tim was very nice and professional. He got to me as soon as he could and went above and beyond what he needed to do. My door wasn't closing closing properly and so he spent time trying to work on that even though he didn't need to. He didn't over charge me like some other people might. It was $95 to change my locks. Awesome guy, support a local business!
