My first experience here was great, not only did they cut my key super quick, they even did it for free. I came back the next day because I didn't know how to program it right, and they hooked me up. What's more I was pleasantly surprised to see they're a Benchmade Knives dealer, which is amazing! While my lock and keys are in full service, I'll be back for anything lock or key related, and I'll be back to purchase all my Benchmade Knives here as well!

As a local small business we can attest to what it takes and means to run a successful business (we have been in business for 8 years). Focusing primarily on the customers, meeting/exceeding their expectations, and having good character are some of the cornerstones that have allowed us to enjoy the success we do. The guys at Haley's Lock Safe & Keys embody this to the fullest. We brought them a job late on a weekday, maybe a few hours before closing. We were in a bit of a pinch and they told us it would be a next day job for them because it was on short notice. It was the quickest and cheapest option we had so of course we said go ahead... they called us back just a couple of hours later, same evening, saying the keys were ready to pick up. Our bill was nearly half of what it would've been anywhere else. You saved us a lot of time and money. Consequentially making our customer very happy because we were able to deliver the good news to them. One interaction is all it took for Haley's to be our go-to from now on, for any service they provide! - From the guys over here at LAP.

Jeff, the owner, and his staff were incredibly helpful and honest. I came in to price how much it would be to have the locks rekeyed on my new house. I have original old locks that I thought I needed someone to come out and fix but they took the time to show me how to take it out and bring it in saving me 65 bucks on a house call! Brought the locks in that day! Will definitely return.

Completely dishonest. I was locked out of my house and I called Haley's to open the door. They came, fiddled with the lock for about 15 minutes and then said the lock had to be drilled out. Seeing as I didn't want to pay for a new lock, I said 'no' and was then told I had to pay $65 because they had come out and I had refused their service. I was told that drilling is a legitimate locksmithing technique. This 'service fee' was not at all mentioned until after they had tried to open the door. The owner told me that this is a standard business practice for this profession and that I should've known. However, I called several other places in town and none of them charged a thing if they couldn't pick it open.I called another company in town that had my door open in 30 seconds and charged less for opening it than Haley's charged for not doing anything.Very shady.
