I called him earlier in the day and he informed me he was on the job at another location and would be around two hours for him to get back to his shop. Fast forward 2 hours and some change later and he calls me when hes around 20 minutes out which Is what I requested. I head on over and I've no idea how long hes been there but 10/10 service, Very professional, extremely affordable *called around to around 4 other locksmiths in the SB area he was by far the cheapest* , And probably one of the fastest re-keyings I've ever had. Getting the new Key and programming it took around 5-10 minutes. Would highly recommend for your' key service needs . Its also worth noting that my key had been through the absolute ringer.

Kenny was awesome to work with and very patient, as we had an issue with the initial key fob we took in to get programmed and had to get it exchanged for a different one. He worked with us till everything was perfect. Fair prices, professionalism, and guaranteed work are what you can expect when you work with Kenny. I'd recommend him hands down any day. Thanks again! :)Note: They are only in the office from 9-10am, so if you need to head there instead of them going to where you are, be sure to make it in during that time. The rest of the time they are out helping others.

This morning we were locked out of our house when our daughter closed the door behind us without a key. From the time we placed the call to having the door unlocked was at most 20 minutes! (most of that was travel time) Incredibly friendly and kind and very fast service. Would highly recommend this company for any lock related issue. Thank you

Great work at a reasonable price. Would have given 5 stars but it's a little difficult to go in and have a smart key / remote cut and programmed. The locksmiths are out on calls most of the day, so you have to catch them right at opening. They do great work though.

Absolute terrible customer service. I contacted them because their web page specifically says ignition replacement. The guy tells me we dont actually replace the ignitions but Id take your car here or here...I say Im a bit confused due to the webpage saying you replace ignitions. The guy was extremely arrogant and said Im not sure whats confusing about it we dont do it. Well the whole thing is confusing considering thats what you advertise. After a few choose words he then informed me that I was a real daddys boy, just before hanging up on me. Def will never recommend this business for anything

Jesse was the best ever!!!! He was prompt, nice, and super helpful. I lost all the keys to my Toyota Highlander, he made new keys for me on the spot! They hands down have the best prices around. I needed to replace a lost key for my 2014 Camry. After a few phone conversations Ken said he would get one and call me. He never called. I called again and he said he would text me when he was at his shop and I could meet him there. Again, no text or phone call. This all took over two weeks. I finally gave up and called another business. Ken is either too busy or he simply doesn't care.
