These folks are great! I needed a car key made and they let me in the door last minute before closing. The lady behind the counter was very personable and easy to work with. The process to get my key made was fast and spot on. What's more is that they are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Security Locksmiths to anyone. Thanks for everything!

My need was difficult to find, but owner spent the time to research and locate what I needed. Prices were explained & no changes when finalizing sale. Ordered product came in time frame told to me. Installer was pleasant, professional, quick, and checked for appropriate function after installation. The greatest experience was the owner allowed an extra level of personal service that was not of the norm. I won't divulge the details because it was not the norm, but true service and caring for another was the outcome that creates a loyal, returning client, as well as, free positive advertisement & future referrals.

Wow! One of those few oldschool places where the expert knowledge is shared with the customers for their benefit, instead of being used to take advantage of the customer's ignorance. Good people

I have used them a few times and they certainly know their stuff. I wouldn't say they put any energy into responding to phone calls or emails in a professional manner, if at all. If you need their help and are in a position to drive to the shop, I would recommend doing so since that's how you'll get the best service.

Highly recommend this company. Bob, the gentleman who came and helped us today, was very polite, well spoken, clean dressed, had a outstanding attitude and is very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Bob explained everything to us about what he was doing and what needed to be done. Though, on a down note, the guy I spoke to on the phone the SECOND time I called to actually set up the appoint for Bob, was curt and had little regard for Bob and his time and previous appointments. I give HIM a 2 star rating. Keep up the good work and attitude Bob!!

Everywhere said they can't cut automotive keys by code only the dealer can (I knew this to be untrue). Finally found this little place called them up and the said that was no problem and we're shocked no one else would. Walked in and and walked out in 10 minutes with a key for my car that had none! They are honest, fast, and know their stuff! Not a super personable group or people how ever I think that's what most of the negatives from others stem from 4.5 stars rounded up to 5. If I need a key made or need something unlocked I know i will be going here

I called them to get my locks worked on a 16 year old truck I own. Instead of running me through the ringer (which would have been pretty easy) they told me to oil the lock and it would probably fix the problem. They were right, I'll definitely be referring people here in the future and will return for all my lock needs.

Called one of those 1-800 'locksmiths' and got the run around. They wouldn't give me a exact rate to open my car. They took over an hour to get there when they said they were on the way. They got there and tried to charge me more than they advertised. Called Security Locksmiths and they gave me an exact rate over the phone and were there in the time frame they said they would be. Fast reliable and honest locksmiths, would recommend them to everyone.

We have rental properties, and have been using Security locksmiths since 2000.I Also used them when our Home was broken into, and because the thief had keys to our home, because of a stolen purse, Security Locksmiths was able to be there the same day to ReKey our doors to our home too.They are friendly, courtesy and professional.Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a Locksmith.

I called an 'open 24 hour locksmith' and he was an hour late getting to my home. Then when he got there his price was twice as nuch as he quoted me. I called Security Locksmith and they were at my home when they said they would be and they charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. The work they did was perfect and the locksmith was vey polite. I highly recommend these folks when you need a locksmith. They also told me they have a machine that will make these keys for new cars that you normally have to go back to the dealer to get and then you have to wait weeks for them because they have to order them and once you do get them, they cost an arm an a leg. This locksmith said they had a machine that could make my a key for my new car while I waited and it was very affordable. That was great information to have.

Programmed a car key faub for 1/3 the cost of other locksmiths less than 1/6th that of the dealer. Could copy a key other places (Home Depot, 3 times) had failed to do so. I'm not sure where other people had bad experiences, but these guys were polite, professional and helpful. I did hear a phone call while in the office with a business they said they wouldn't do business with. Why? They didn't pay the bill on time, if ever. Get what you give I think. Even then the guy wasn't rude, just matter of fact. I sent anybody on the southside there.

Made keys on site that no one else had blank keys for, very nice and if he can't get the blank he can order if you have an original key...made keys for my 31 Chevy coupe deluxe and for the 29 Ford b model sedan
