You all are always so helpful, making sure I picked the correct battery, recommending more useful ones, if they are better than what I was choosing and you are always great at getting my cell phone battery charged up and/or replaced. Also thought it was great to find your website on line, found the type of battery I was looking for on it and was able to go ahead and pay for it and then drive over to the store the next day and the package was laying there on the counter top, waiting for me to pick it up. That is great!

They are always helpful here..I have been here over 20 times. I often get batteries for my garage door opener and they are changed in minutes.. Today I had the bulbs changed in an old Swiss Army lantern. They found the bulbs quickly and despite all the screws and complicated housing, they did it efficiently. Batteries plus has what you need including cell phone and lawn mower batteries. I can't think of going to another place!

I was very disappointed in my experience with batteries plus. They had great reviews and I was referred to them by AAA when I needed a new battery as they didnt have one on their truck at the time. For the past two years I have been battling with this battery that is supposedly under warranty. Every couple of months the battery drains and I need a jump start. The first time I spoke with batteries plus they said nothing was wrong with the battery. I took it to several different auto repair shops over the space of the two years and they could find nothing wrong with the vehicle. Ive had mechanics test for a parasitic drain in the car that could possibly be draining the battery. Time and time again nothing has been found wrong with the car. Ive had the battery tested and they all say it is a faulty battery. When I go to batteries plus they tell me that the other people have no idea what theyre talking about and that this is a great battery that is fully functioning. I have to have my car jumped every few months and the final straw was when I had to have it jumped twice in the past week. They had such great reviews that I continued to believe that they knew what they were talking about when it came to the quality of my car battery.After speaking with customer service today the agent I spoke with was very argumentative and told me they wouldnt take into consideration any tests run at other locations on the battery saying that it doesnt work properly and that only their tests will determine if the battery is defective. Theyve gone back-and-forth with me up to the point that my warranty is about to expire. Its incredibly disappointing based on all the positive reviews I see and the employees are always nice to me however I feel like theyve given me the runaround for two years on a cheap battery that I couldve just replaced if they had just told me it didnt work and if it didnt fall under a warranty for whatever reason. Instead Ive been taking it to auto shops believing theres something wrong with my car because I trusted that they were certain that the battery is not the issue.

My grandson is in his third week in ICU following an assault. My city is on Shelter in Place, and most businesses are closed. Yesterday morning, without warning, my phone's battery suddenly died, and I was terrified I wouldn't be able to get it replaced. Batteries Plus to the rescue! Batteries + has the absolute best customer service of any tech related store I've been too. Every solution Quinton helped me find uncovered another problem that I wanted resolved. We went on a bulb and battery hunt that Quinton was just as excited about as I was. From wireless security camera batteries to security lights and whole fixture drop ceiling led panel replacements for noisey inefficient ballasts and tube systems they knew about it and were eager to help. Everyone at Batteries + was invested and stoked to find me a perfect solution, even if it came from the clearance section. I got LED retrofit recessed brand name units for up to 75% off. Quinton and the rest of the staff understood light appearance and how I was going to apply it in my business. They were able to make suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. They invited me to bring other appliances I was having issues with not just to sell me more inventory, but to see and learn from the application and solution. I had a completely frictionless and fun experience...buying light bulbs. Can you beat that? Not a chance.

I had made my purchase online, and when I arrived at the store to pick it up, there were several people already there, and they were having issues with the computer, but when I got to the front, it didn't take long for them to have me processed and to get my battery for my power-backup for my computer. Only, when I got home, I couldn't get the terminals to work, so I went back with the unit and battery and the clerk completed the task in just moments (I had struggled to even get one terminal connected). He mentioned that most people bring both the first time, but once every five years, difficult to remember that.

The experience was okay. I simply picked up a battery at the store that I had ordered online. I was told they had tried to call a couple of times to let me know my order was in. It was an old number they had on file. But when I ordered online it stated I would be emailed when my battery arrived. Never received an email. It would have helped. Plus it took almost two weeks to get this battery. The only issue I have with that is that my credit card was charged when the order was placed and not when it was shipped. Not real sure but I believe you not suppose to charge the customer until the item is shipped.

Came in the other day to get my key fob batteries replaced and mentioned that my iPhone was not charging and they cleaned out my charge port for free. I also had the lifetime warranty on my key fob batteries so I walked out of there and didn't spend a dime. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back.
