On the website it says it cost $45 to get keys out of car. They charged me $95 twice because the guy left the keys in the car after unlocking it and didnt even charge me what the website says. Plus If he messes up and Locks my keys in my car I shouldnt have to pay a second time. I feel ripped off and am expecting compensation after I go confront the company If not to court I go. $190!!! Just to unlock my car which isnt the price you say you do on your website. I will be talking to you today sir.

Brandon was very helpful when I was asking questions about programming my new key fobs for my car. He was very flexible with my work schedule and worked his around mine to make sure it could get done as soon as possible. Upon arrival he was super nice and very personable. I will definitely use him in the future for any other key needs.

The person who came was terrible he couldn't open the door and he went back to his truck which he had his girlfriend in there and he looked up YouTube videos on how to open the door and he was reading a manual. After we told him to leave he stayed in his van for another hour he wouldn't leave

I originally wrote a positive review for his business at the request of the owner in hopes of helping him get his business built up. I am now rescinding that review due to the fact that I requested Brandon to order a key fob and he still hasnt and will not refund my money. I requested the fob 1 month ago on 06/03/2019. He stated in his response to my better business bureau complaint that he does not take cash in advance and always gives a receipt and that I had tried to get free services in the past. None of that is true because I have never needed or utilized his services. Make sure you get a receipt, especially if you pay cash! Thank you Brandon!

I called late at night locked out of my house and completely desperate for help. Gatekeeper staff were polite, helpful, and very responsive. My husband ended up getting the house unlocked before Gatekeeper was able to make it so I called him and canceled. Instead of being agitated he left his family late at night for mine he was very friendly and said no worries have a great night Im glad you got in!
