They do not act as they care about the people they serve. While my boss was on vacation I was sent in there many times to get supplies and many times I was turned away due to 'mis-undrrstandings.' I would honestly go somewhere else if given the opportunity.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Everytime I come in the workers are always just standing around. This morning I came on to buy lumber and I asked a guy who pointed me to a guy, who pointed me to another guy who wouldn't even turn around. I stood there at the register and he STILL wouldn't turn around. Just sick of going in here and be treated second class.However I do have to did the guy that helped me load the lumber was very helpful and pleasant.

I don't get into the hardware side very often but those folks are really helpful. My visits are mainly to the shop side of the store. Sometimes they are very busy and you have to wait a while to get help. The shop guys are good at what they do and will get you the parts you need or order them and they arrive in a couple days.
