This place used to be good,I had a my house rekeyed, and a cylinder replaced a year and and 4 moths ago.I called today because the door that had a cylinder replaced was messing up again and I was treated like I want something for free. I simply wanted to know the warranty on the work. Needless to say I didn't get a answer on that but spent $300 on another job but never again, poor listening skills to say the least.

I went in to look at safes and the two guys behind the counter were pretty clueless about them. They didn't know anything about the products they had and just told me to read the paper on the side of the safe. Their website indicates that they are experts and a sign on the wall talks about all of the safes they carry, but these didn't seem interested in helping me so I left.

Highly recommend! We had problems with our front door's deadbolt lock (builder installed a cheap lock apparently). The lock broke and wouldn't open/close. They came out the next day and were on time and very professional! Price was great too! I will use them again if I ever need.

Service by the older white man was good but the lady with spike hair is rude she try talk aggressive to you!!! I bought a key I was told will work in my ignition once cut I was told it wouldnt so I ask for a refund and she call her self getting mad I didnt even argue cause it wasnt worth arguing with a butch lol if shes there you will not get good service but if the older guys are there theyll take good care of you

All I needed was a key copied, I even had my own blank. They said it would cost between $35-$75.Cook keys said it would cost $2, and actually ended up doing it for free.Always shop around!!!!!

A friend works there and helped us get some keys made. Be careful to pay attention to the GPS. We almost drove right past it. They were cheaper than the dealership programming a key! Good place.

They charged me $117 to replace a 9v battery. Even with a $65 service run fee that's excessive. It took 10 min max. I am less than 2 miles from their office. The Tech mentioned dead batteries are the primary issue they run into. If that's the case I wish they recommended I check the battery when I talked to them on the phone before they came out.
