My account manager is Jeff Cole. I just met him recently when he came by our dealership. They come every week and check to make sure we have all of our keys and batteries. They had what I needed in stock. These guys are awesome! Our dealership is all the way in Madison, TN too so you know they have a huge footprint. They are international as well I think.

I am still trying to figure out why I ordered a 09 Honda Key Fob and key cut from these guys. Neither work for my car. Finally someone from the company emailed me that I need to take these to a lock smith for programming. WTH did I just pay $130 for? Very deceptive, never did they indicate these had to be programmed. Waist of money. Do not use these guys.

Great service from Dave in Toronto. Extremely quick service and much more affordable than going through a dealer. They do the keys for the dealers as well so you're getting OEM keys straight from the manufacturer at a fraction of the price and time than a dealership would if you deal with Car Keys Express directly. Definitely using them for all my car keys going forward. A++

Waited on hold no one responded. I emailed with no response. Key was not cut right so could not even test the rest of the functionality. They are a local start up in my hometown of Louisville KY so wanted to try them first.still have not got my money back.

I ordered a key online on June 23rd, and got an auto-reply that the order had been received. More than two weeks later, no key had arrived, and I had received no further communication from the company and no response to my phone and email inquiries. Only after filing a Paypal complaint did I receive a call from them, during which they told me that they didn't have the key in stock. This information was not included on the site when I ordered it, nor was I informed afterwards. If you have a month to wait for a new car key, and don't mind a total lack of communication from an 'express' company that sold you something they don't have, by all means, place an order. Otherwise I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Recommended by our dealer so we called Shawn Higgins with Car Keys Express. Shawn quoted a price over the phone and we set an appointment. 1st appointment Shawn missed with no return call or text. 2nd appointment went well until we get a invoice for almost 3 times the quoted price. Save your time and money and shop LOCAL as the prices quoted are not going to be the same as you pay!! I hate to leave a bad review but in this case they absolutely deserve it.

Columbus, Ohio area: Suggested me by a family member who had fantastic service to the very residence I occupy now, I could not get any coordination to occur within 2 weeks to cut a valet key. The process is painless enough, and the phone staff are very quick and helpful... but the end product has to occur for any of that to matter. The tiny local place I found did it in 8 minutes.

When I talked to the company they seemed very knowledgeable so I ordered the transponder key for my car to put in the remote starter. Went to get it programmed and it failed miserably. What ever they had in the key wiped out the computer system in my car. So I am now out $400 for GM to reprogram the computer system. Emailed them to tell them about what happened and that they should pull these or look into them. Hoping maybe they would refund the $50 for the key at least. However they seem to not want to talk to me at all anymore. So buyer beware!! Customer service is great when your looking to purchase however they will not talk to you after the purchase.

The batteries in my 2 remotes were dead or near dead. I had heard that Car Keys Express was WAY cheaper than a dealership. Alex Gee was the tech at the location in NuLu. Great young man. Super professional, super polite, super fast. Put in new batteries in 5 minutes. When I gave Alex my credit card, he advised it would be no charge! I was shocked and very grateful. Best service and experience I have had in a long time!!!

A sham of a service. I made an appointment on Monday and they gladly took my money for a key and service appointment the following Thursday. After sending all required information, nobody showed up on Thursday and I did not receive any communication. I was able to get a hold of them the next day where I found out they needed to order a specialty key that would take 7-10 business days. They hadn't even ordered the key yet. Luckily I got a refund but wasted 5 days that could've been spent taking care of this at a dealership. The dealership had the key in and programmed the next day.

I went to the main location on Market Street in Louisville Kentucky. Dont bother if you own a BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagon or Volvo. They are not able to do these cars. They will be kind enough to sell you a key, but check Amazon if you are looking for a key only. I. He key and they are about $2.00 less. Shame they dont have the expertise to do these cars. The guy waiting on me told me to go to the dealer or a certified locksmith. I sent an email to the company about this, and they didnt even bother to address it.

I tried to buy a fob for my 2010 Subaru Forester. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received fob. I call and they tell me it is being shipped as we speak. Two days later they send me an email cancelling my order and refunding my credit card. Bonus points they still show it in stock.

I ordered my key fob on feb 29th it is march 16th they took the money no product has been sent a label was created on march tenth getting someone on the phone or live chat has been impossible i will never order from this website again buyers BEWARE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i wish i would have just went to the dealer instead of dealing with this.

I went here earlier this week because I could tell my key was running low on battery. They did a quick battery test, showed me how easy it was to replace, then they replaced it for free! I was in and out in two minutes. Great customer service highly recommend.

Still trying to figure out what this company does to justify the term 'Express'. I lost a key to my car, spent a great deal of time on 'chat' with a Car Keys Express company representative only to learn that I could get an uncut unprogrammed key in 2-3 days (useless to me); or I could wait 11 days for a representative to come out to my home; or I could get an 'express' key in 5 business days. Just found another company coming out to my home in the next 30 minutes for the same price. Car Keys Express is not 'express', not responsive and certainly not value.

Had their sales girls outside of Sams club today. Put in all my info and said they could have a key for me in 30 mins while I shopped. Got a call a few mins later that they needed a 4 digit pin code from the dealer she said the good news is you can go down to the dealer and get the pin code for free and then come back and we can program it right away! No thanks, I dont have time for that. Irritated that they didnt know what they were talking about and the had to wait in line to get my refund. I dont recommend this company!

Unsure why it is called express, since it took over 10 days to get key cut. Setup many appointments just to be rescheduled over and over by tech. They wont come to your home or business making it inconvenient to customer.

He is on time, courteous, hard working, providing quick, professional service in a pinch since I'm leaving for cross-country drive. Have Lexus SUV key replaced since I lost the spare. I lost my car keys and called this company. I will never make that mistake again. I called on Monday place an order for them to come out on 5/14/19 between 12-3pm. The person they had scheduled to come said he only did dealerships not home calls. This is the day of my appointment. I call them and they say theyll send another worker out. The second one refuses to come out! Like Im fighting to get to work and your refusing! WTF! The third person says he can come but not til Thursday mind you my appointment is 5/14/19. How the hell are yall bumping me back two days, when they already charge my card for payment! I would not recommend them for anything until the get better control on their staff.I will say the young gentleman who refunded my money was very understanding. I thank that gentleman because at the end of everything I know I was one of those customers.This is the Columbus, OH area.

We had contacted Kelly Tenharmsel a week prior to needing our keys programmed. He said no problem it would work for that day. When the time came, he ignored our texts and phone calls initially then finally told us hed call when he was in our area. Needless to say, we were ghosted. We ended up paying $247 at the dealership for a spare key since he never responded to us even though we had a scheduled appointment. Dont waste your time and efforts with him.

Had the absolute worse encounter with a Car Keys Express tech. I purchased a used vehicle from a Nissan dealership in Frisco. The dealership set me up to meet the Car Keys Express at the dealership today and I don't know if this tech was having a bad day or what. He was very rude in the way he spoke to both my wife and I, so much so we just left and will deal with another company on our own.

Very disappointed. The key arrived 5 days late. Was supposed to arrive 3-5 after ordered. Waited 10 days expecting to receive my keys only to be told it was on back order AFTER I called to inquire about the order. Should have indicated the key was out of stock when I submitted the order online. Lastly, received the key only to find that it was not an OEM part as clearly indicated on the site for that particular key description. Now waiting at the dealership to see if the key will actually accept programming being that it is a non-OEM part. Tried to reach customer service manager Stephanie Davis (ext. 142) over the span of 2 days. Never received a return phone call. Now its time to test their 100% guarantee advertised on their site cause I am definitely not happy at all with their service.

They were more expensive than the dealer by $19 per key. When I tried to call and cancel my order no one picked up the phone. I am currently on hold with them going on 40 minutes. No one picked up the sales line either.
