Horrible phone system. They sent me a nonfunctional keyless unit for my Toyota. Their answering system made sure I could not reach them. I hope to be able to cancel my credit card payment with them. Tried to call. They are not fit for business. Look elsewhere

We wanted an additional 5 button smart key for our 2018 Expedition. When Ford quoted over $200 for the fob plus programming, I checked a couple of the car forums online to see if others had found alternatives. The Car Keys Express / iKeyless company name was recommended most, plus the Expedition forum had the (easy!) instructions to do the programming myself. I ordered the fob on Monday and received it Thursday for 25% less than Ford and no tax or delivery add-ons. My first attempt at programming failed. I realized I was moving through the steps too slowly. I got it on the third try. When I completed the last step, the horn honked and the lights flashed to signal success. My iKeyless fob looks like original equipment, it functions identically and it saved me a chunk of change. Highly recommend.

I ordered a duplicate car key from iKeyless for my Toyota Prius Prime with the understanding that I can return it if it is not compatible. The customer service especially Cory was very helpful and although I did have to return the key because my locksmith said it was the wrong type of key, iKeyless did give me a full refund for $156.74 and credited it back to my credit card. For their honesty and great customer service, they get 5 stars.

Super happy with my purchase! I needed a keyless remote for my daughter's 1999 Acura. The shipping was fast but when the package arrived it did not have the programming instructions. I called the customer service number and Chanyell M. was very apologetic and quickly emailed me the instructions while I was on the phone with her. Instructions were easy and worked on the 1st try.

I was extremely pleased when I received my FOB remote for my 2003 camry which programmed well and work perfectly fine. Product description was exact as stated on the website and with very easy to use website with security makes buying online perfectly safe & convenient. I am thinking of buying another remote to keep as a spare.My Order # was 709307 and the friendly customer service rep was Sarah who helped me with all the answers I needed for my questions and also emailed me the easy steps to program the remote for my car by myself. I ordered a replacement remote for my 2004 Pontiac Vibe 9/917.Received remote within 3 working days.I went through the programming instructions at least dozen times with no results. I called iKeyless Tech Support and was `promptly helped by a young Lady. We tried to program the remote several times with no luck.She made arrangements to send me another remote and a return postage for the defective remote. I received a replacement remote within a couple of days. I programed and it worked the first time! Thanks for the professional and pleasant experience.

I Keyless website says same day shipping ( I ordered in the morning) and rep asured me it would be shipped out that day. Received a note from USPO 2 days later saying they have received order but no item.

Before you order be sure to do your homework! We ordered a key that only unlocks the car door for $75 from ikeyless but I could have gotten the same thing from Honda for $7.00.

Regarding a remote key fob that we ordered on eBay: We were disappointed to find that after attempted programming - even by the dealer - that their key did not work with our vehicle, despite the fact that it is listed on their site as the correct key for the correct vehicle. It will start the interior lights, but will not start the vehicle because it has no chip. Both a Lexus and a Toyota dealer showed us where the chip was missing in the key. We've already spent $50 to have the key cut which is now useless since the key can't be used. Repeated attempts contacting the seller declined rapidly in customer service after our feedback time was eclipsed on EBay. Their claim was that we should have used the 60 day warranty. If we'd known it was not what they'd advertised, then we certainly would have. But you can't program the key until you have it cut. And that necessitated two separate appointments with Lexus and Toyota - a busy place in our area.
