Love this place! Such great customer service literally every time I come in! I love that they have an even wider verity of self defense tools. Convenient for those who work at night or just in general! They always have great prices and Ive been coming here since I was 15!

Here is the zero star? Fusses and curses at customer right in front of me. Rudest of them all the owner. Disgusted definitely lost my business to Home Depot. No excuses. Customer right or wrong. He was rude and mean. All he had to do was make clear to customer return policy. Instead he reached no resolution but constantly bickered about not taking a return. Customer ended up leaving merchandise that was paid for in frustration and defeat. It was the worst customer service at its best. Your customer is so offended that they left without their paid for product or a deserved refund. Today you lost 2 customers.

I have lived in this area for years and this is my go to hardware store. The people that work there are VERY helpful, especially the older young man. He is always ready with advice and attention. And the prices can't be beat!

Great hardware store! You can buy one screw, the exact size that you need. They have everything! You don't have to buy a plastic wrapped package of 10 items semicolon you can buy the exact number that you need. They have an amazing assortment of all the different sizes of screws, bolts, etc. This is a much better store than the big box stores if you're looking for hardware. They have what you need if you need to fix the toilet, hang a picture, change a lock, make a key... In short they have everything you need for minor repairs around the home. I highly recommend this store!

I got locked out of my car, neither my fob or key worked, so I went in to get my car fob's battery replaced and Ally quickly and swiftly replaced it - when I got to my car it didn't work. My key wouldn't open my car either and I had everything in there, all I had on me was my debit card and my keys (which wouldn't open my car!). I went back and Ally let me borrow her phone and even googled my car insurance number so I could call them for roadside assistance. She patiently waited for me to get through the 20 minute phone call with my insurance and re-tested my fob to make sure the battery was working...it was, it just wasn't working on my car so it's a car issue unfortunately. Such wonderful service and above and beyond help...I couldn't have been luckier to have been close to this shop and with Ally to help me!! Thank you so much!!

I wish I can give zero stars....I came in to purchase a key for my car, after the key broke AGAIN within a three week timeframe, I came back to get another key and to explain how CHEAP the product that was sold to me was. The gentlemen TRE was never nonchalant about the issue I was having with my key, he stated and I quote I see people in here ever week to purchase a new key because the plastic breaks easily. Once I heard his reply I demanded to speak with his supervisor; after speaking with his supervisor she stated she will give me a new key HOWEVER there would be no more future accommodation. Before the gentlemen TRE made me a new key for my car, I explained to him that my key was UNIQUE and if not cut correctly would be a huge problem. He was still nonchanlty about the issue so I stated AGAIN if you dont cut my key CORRECTLY I wont be able to start my car. He was still nonchantly about the issue.Fast forward to today, I cant start my car or take my key out the ignition, I am spending my SATURDAY at my mechanic shop, I have to pay for him to replace my starter because the key that TRE made is stuck in the ignition. I dont recommended ANYONE to come and purchase anything form this place. Go to Lowes or home depo.I will also be return to be with the store manager, once my issue is fix.

Very poor customer service, the last time I went was May 2016. My son & I walked in and spoke and the 2 women at the counter were talking and giggling with a guy. My son & I was searching for a particular bolt and were never asked if we needed any assistance and we spent over 45min in the back of the store and going through all bolts and screws before I decided to leave. As my son and I were exiting the store 1 girl asked if we needed any help and my response to her was 'It's a little late tobe asking that step your customer service skills up'.

For several years, Beltway Plaza has been my reliable, family-owned go-to hardware store. It has an amazing selection given its size, almost always very helpful staff, and prices never above Home Depot. Long-time bossman Barry is passing the torch to Alejandra, the new Latina.owner; perhaps the transition helps explain the previous reviewer's bad experience.

Needed a key reflashed to new ecu, his equipment was junk and couldn't connect to my cars ecu, even after we showd that we can connect to it with our lapto and scan tool he still wanted gas money! WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY
