Having been in the same house for 26 years, I've never had a reason to change locks. So, after moving, I checked online, recognized the logo and went to the online chat. They were very responsive and quickly set up an appointment. As promised, I got a text 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. Erik was professional and amazingly quick. He made me 6 keys as requested. The first two were free and the rest were just under $3.00 each so no price gouging for convenience! When he arrived, my first question was 'do you really drive one of those trucks with the guy on top' and he said yes! I immediately ran out and took a photo. The whole experience was a pleasure! I would definitely recommend The Flying Locksmiths (I used the Braintree location) !

My experience with The Flying Locksmith was seamless. They were quick, prompt & organized in providing a quote in scheduling an appointment. I received a text within 30 minutes of their arrival. Shortly after, I received a phone call of the agent in the area. Dennis assisted us in rekeying multiple locks and with an antique door as well. Dennis was very knowledgeable and informative while making helpful suggestions. The end cost was right in line with what I was originally quoted. It was a great experience, I will use them in the future if ever needed and highly recommend.

Had the locksmith out this week for two doors with poorly working locks. He quickly diagnosed the problem with each (two different issues) and made the repairs. He was quick and friendly, super knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. Of note, we had used these guys a few years ago when it was a small company in Randolph. Glad to see them grow and maintain the quality! Highly recommend!

On the coldest day of the year so far one flying locksmith dude saved the day. I had a busy day of work and I was taking my 2 year old to day care. My wife's Escape was having battery issues intermittently, but today it did not start at all. Of course it's the day she takes my car! Anyway, flying locksmith dude happened to be in my neighbor's driveway fixing what I would assume was one of her locks. I peaked my head out and without even asking, he said 'You need a jump?' He stopped what he was doing, hopped in his van, pulled up in my driveway, and within 3 minutes the Escape was back up and running. I should have tipped him but had no dough at the time, so this is my 'thanks'. Class act, and now if I ever need a locksmith (or a jump), I'll know who to call. Class act all the way. Thanks!

I used these guys to have a few duplicate keys made and I could not be happier with the service I received from them. They were upfront about their pricing and did an excellent job of accommodating my urgent request in a timely fashion. And it goes without saying that I have zero complains about the quality of the work they did.

These guys went out of their way to get the locks at my grandma's house replaced in one day, after she lost her keys. The problem was that all locks were keyed the same, so every lock needed to be replaced (a total of 24 all around the house, garage and sheds). What we thought would be very expensive turned out to be cheaper as this company searched for the best and also cheapest option to make the doors safe again. They replaced all of the cylinders only, leaving the nice handles in tact, and within a few hours, everything was done. One of the guys even gave some security advice for some windows that were easy to open, and installed special locks on these windows.The best part was that my grandma was given the advice to have one door locked by a keypad in case she would forget her keys inside. So now the one door has a keypad which gives easy access without having to take a key outside.This was great service provided by this company and you can see they are passionate about their job. Highly recommended.
