These guys are great! I discovered the basement door deadbolt and door lock was shot due to the salt water, in spite of being less than three years old. I needed to get it working quickly to have have outside access to the basement starting next week, so I called them to see when we could schedule them to come out. They were super friendly and came out a couple of hours later. They were really honest, outlining the options and looking at all of the locks on all five doors to make sure they were working properly (which they were, but now are working better since they added lube to the locking mechanisms). I went with just replacing the deadbolt and they keyed it to match all the other locks. Great service and reasonable cost too - highly recommend!

Its a really good place to copy keys. Before I came here I went to several other stores, but what they made cant open one of my two locks. The key (even the cheapest option) they make works smoothly every time. Today I left my own key there and they rushed out to give back my keys! I would say thank you guys and I would definitely recommend this place to my other friends.BTW, I knew this place by the workers in Shell on Hancock St.

This is my first time visiting and I had an awesome experience! The gentleman were quick with making a copy of my car key. I don't think I was in there 20 minutes! The key also worked right away unlike other places that I've visited where the key did not work at all. I would highly recommend them.

We recently moved and wanted a peephole and deadbolt installed I have been to Granite Lock before for key duplicates and decided to hire them for this project. I am Very happy with the results and service! They were on time and professional and the price was great. If you are in search dont look any further and hire them. They even insisted on borrowing my broom for the clean up and let me say my floor is spotless. They really do take pride on the work they do.

Amazing service every time I go here. Ive got multiple keys cut from motorcycles keys to diesel truck keys. They have multiple blanks or you can bring your own. fast, efficient and friendly. Great prices and Knowledgeable staff!

Needed a small key for a gun safe that you'll never find at a big box store. This place is super convenient coming home from in town. They stay open till 5:30 p.m.Was in line with a contractor and got the same quick, friendly service. Easy in, easy out.
