This fellow guy named Logan helped me and my old friend tow his truck out of the I-94 ramp. He is a very friendly fella. He arrived very quickly and got the truck on the bed in about 3 minutes. The price was very cheap and affordable, he even dropped it off at our requested location! 5 stars! I would recomend this to anyone!

I was disappointed with the receptionist who is the face of the company I might add. My car was mistakenly towed by the management company of the townhome I live in, they corrected the error, and upon picking up my vehicle I advised the receptionist my car was not in the greatest working condition and how my management company made a mistake in towing it and I wasn't sure if I could drive my car out of the lot. Her exact words were, ' I dont know what to tell you, call a tow truck.' And she turned around and walked away! Needless to say, I will never use nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone!

Only one star because I couldn't make it a negative or zero. My first call to them was at 3:21am my seventh call was at 6:44 am to cancel. Because they couldn't put my phone number in or my address in correctly I never got a call from the driver and every time I called questioning how much longer was told he should be there real soon .on my fifth call to them is when I found out they combined part of phone number with address so that's why they couldn't reach me. Called Ed's towing got a quote over the phone and they were at my address in less than 30 minutes. IF YOU NEED SERVICE call ED'S TOWING!

Aggressive Towing was very professional & got a tow truck out as quickly as possible & the dispatch operator was so helpful in getting it covered by my insurance, Thank you.. The tow truck operator ( I think it was Toby or Cody). Was AMAZING, he made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he needed to do to get my van out of a difficult situation. He got my vehicle pulled out & pulled me to the end of my street/alley & then he blocked traffic so I was able to get safely out to the street & on my way. He was very friendly & helpful. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH, for making my night a little bit easier. Blessings to you all. I would recommend Aggressive Towing in a heartbeat.

My car suddenly stopped running while I was driving down 32nd Ave s. I immediately called the towing company (aggressive towing) they arrived quickly and were super professional. I had to ride in the tow truck to my mechanic of choice and I got to know the man helping me in my time of need Charles. He is a extremely nice man, he said his favorite part of towing is the stories and helping people in general. If his kindness towards myself is any indication of how this company is run they are doing a job worth 6/5 stars thanks again aggressive towing and thanks Charles! -John H

I called AAA to have my travel trailer towed. Our pickup had broken down and the tow truck company who picked it up couldn't haul the trailer so AAA sent Aggressive Towing to pick it up. The driver called me to confirm my pick-up and drop-off location. I had my two young children with me and the trailer was on a highway off-ramp, so I decided to catch a cab and pick up a rental car 40 or so minutes away. I called the driver back to cancel the tow, but he assured me he could pick it up without me being there and drop it off at the RV park that we were going to stay at.After arriving at the RV park I called the driver, but he didn't answer, so we waited...and waited.....and waited. I ended having to call AAA at least 8 times to find out where they were because the driver still wasn't answering or returning my call, and at that point hours had passed and we were only about 40 minutes away from where the trailer was. AAA is telling me the driver has the trailer, but that they couldn't get in touch with him either and that when they got ahold of him they would have him call me. Finally, at the 8th or so call, AAA tells me that they finally talked to Aggressive Towing and they said they had dropped off the trailer at the RV park already. Meanwhile, me, my husband, and my two children have been waiting a the RV park the entire time worried about leaving because we didn't want them to show up and we not be there. I told AAA that my travel trailer has absolutely not been dropped off and that I will be reporting it stolen because they aren't answering my calls or contacting me, and now lying about dropping it off. About a minute or so after I let AAA know I was going to report the trailer stolen, the driver calls saying he has the trailer and is on his way. W...T....F? Then he shows up 40 mins later la-dee-da without a sorry or a care. I asked him what took so long and he nonchalantly explains that the other driver got an emergency call, so he had to drive out there and get it. I don't know if it's true or not, but if that were the case someone would or should have contacted us to let us know. My husband rode with the tow truck that towed our pick-up and dropped it off at the mechanic. I waited 20 mins for a cab, went to the airport 40 mins away, rented a car, picked up my husband, got to the RV park and they still took over 4 hours after we arrived at the RV park to drop off the travel trailer. INSANE. And saying that their customer service is horrible is putting it lightly. I don't know why AAA is using this company, but they need to stop.

Logan showed up after I got hung up on a guard rail just north of Fargo. His professionalism, skill, and concern for both my personal safety and my vehicle was so far above what I could've expected and I personally want to thank Aggressive Towing for all that was done on my behalf this evening! Oh, and the ride home after dropping off the car didn't hurt either.

AAA trying to hire these guys was a total mess. Our truck needed towed 80 miles north, AAA put out the call, Aggressive accepted it and was supposed to be there within the hour. An hour and a half later, I called AAA because no truck. Then an Aggressive driver finally called back 45 minutes later saying never got the call from AAA, and asked where it was going. I told him 80 miles north, he said he would be there in 45 minutes. 45 minutes after that, the Aggressive driver calls me and says his boss doesn't want him driving out of town and they're cancelling the tow. Then he says that the boss didn't know it was out of town when he took the call (remember, this was the call they supposedly never got earlier in the night). So I call AAA and they said the whole system is electronic and they have all of the records of the situation from the beginning. They can see where Aggressive took the first call and there was no way for them to take the call without knowing it was going out of town. After over 3 hours, it was after 10:00 pm and AAA couldn't find another driver until morning. Dealing with Aggressive cost us 150.00 in hotel and food that night, and a few hours at work the next morning. If you can't do something than say it, but there is nothing more unprofessional or irritating than a company that lies to your face. We won't be using them again.

Called AAA to get my car pulled out ice that had melted around my car while I was out of town for business. No problem we have aggressive towing on the way, they should be there within the next hour by 1:50am. An hour goes by, no call from Agressivd, so I call twice. No answer. After sitting and waiting for three hours I canceled my call and tow through AAA for Aggressive Towing. Every time one of the AAA reps would call the driver would delay my time by 20-30 minutes. This happened three times! Finally I was able to get help from Harrys Towing! Safe yourself the hassle of you need help in the middle of the night, DO NOT USE OR ASK AGGRESSIVE TOWING!!! They will leave you stranded.

My vehicle was towed to a dealership. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was discovered the front driver side bumper was dented in. I contacted the dealership first and they confirmed the damage was done during the towing through their cameras. I immediately contacted Aggressive. The gal answering the phone was rude and said you'll need to send pictures. I supplied the pictures and she claimed the owner would return my call the next day. A phone call was never returned. I DO NOT recommend Aggressive Towing.

Managed to get my car stuck in my driveway while it was -6 out. Called at 9am, they were at my place by 10. Driver was friendly, funny, and fast! The woman who answered the phone (Kelsey, I think!) was also friendly and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience to a stressful situation. Thanks guys!!

This is the second time now that we have called through AAA to have our 1954 hot rod pick up picked up to be taken to the shop to get work done on it because it doesnt run after this past winter. The first time we called, it was to have 2 separate cars picked up to be taken to the same place. The driver was extremely rude towards my mother and all he did the whole time was complain about how AAA only pays him $15 to do their calls and was quite nasty the entire interaction. He kept trying to pressure my mother into having the 54 pick put on a dolly. The truck cannot be dollied. It has air ride suspension that has broke on one side so it has to be put on a flat bed. He kept trying to get her to do it so he didnt have to come back and she told him no. So he took the Camaro on the flat bed into town, and said he was going to be back for the truck. Hours passed and it was almost dark so my mother called him, and he decided to take other calls instead of finishing the job. So my mother had to call back into AAA to cancel the job since he neglected our job and decided to do something else. Now the second time we have called AAA, they outright refused to come get it (same driver). I know it's completely inaccurate that they stated that the truck cant be put on a flat bed because I watch a driver do it when the air ride suspension broke on the truck the last time on a way to a show. It was completely slammed to the ground, a mile from home, on a gravel road that is peaked in the middle. So it can be done, they just dont want to do the work. Would never recommend this company, especially since the driver was completely unprofessional and extremely rude to my mother. So now, we are going to call Dave's i29 in Fargo, who will come get it, and then we have to hope that AAA will refund our money for the tow. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Three cars in the ditch, mine went in first, then another, and then one more guy with a snowmobile trailer (all a few hours apart). When they pulled the guy with the trailer out, his trailer was pulled into my bumper. An Otter Tail county sheriff was standing right there when it happened and saw the entire thing. I arrived on scene a couple minutes after they started pulling the guy with the trailer. The sheriff at the scene, to me, 'There was no damage until he started pulling. I would take that up with Aggressive.'Phone conversation with Aggressive - 'Our driver says the damage happened before the towing started.' The helpful sheriff even called Aggressive, after I requested him to, to explain what happened. Aggressive apparently doesn't believe the sheriff and wants pictures. Obviously, they would rather lose customers and get a few terrible reviews instead of paying for a $375 bumper.Another edit - Pictures and police report received - the damage happened when they pulled someone else's trailer into my bumper.

Both of my front tires went flat on the interstate today. I called a different tow company and they told me it would be 30 minutes. After an hour, a tow truck pulled up behind me. It was a driver from Aggressive Towing who stopped to make sure we were okay and to ask if we needed a tow. It was so nice of him to stop and check on us and he even offered to come back and get us of the other place took too long. Wish I would have called you guys instead! Thank you again to the driver that stopped to check on us!!

These guys are a total rip off. We had a car stuck on 25th ave and needed it to be towed one block over to the mechanic. These dam. People charged us $130 just to get that little Mazda hawed to the mechanic. I'm absolutely outrageous at the fact that during a time of winter storm in Fargo people like these are still trusted.

Not pleased with the customer service. My vehicle was totaled in an accident and brought to Aggressive towing on Wednesday. A claim was filed with my insurance the same day. Friday I called Aggressive to see if I could retrieve some of my personal belongings, particularly my garage door opener, as I am unable to get into my garage without it. The gal who answered the phone was rude, short and and had no desire to help. She said I was unable to get anything out of my vehicle unless I paid in full for the towing up front. I explained my insurance was handling all the fees. She offered no suggestions and put me on hold numerous times during our conversation. I then called my insurance, who called Aggressive, to ask them to release the garage door opener to me. I called Aggressive again to confirm it would be ok to pick up. The gal said fine, you can get it. I asked if I could pick it up tomorrow (Saturday). She said no, were not here for that kind of stuff. So far, I am not impressed. I understand there are times in your business when it is not appropriate to release items from vehicles, and Im sure many times people attempt to cheat you out of money. I also now know (as I was rudely informed) you are not open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week (as stated online) for these types of things. I do not appreciate the way I was treated. It felt as though, the assumption was, you would not be paid for the services youve provided, and I was trying to scam you by getting something I need from my vehicle. She also seemed to find it rude on my part, that I would have the audacity to assume you would be open for something so trivial. Not a good 1st impression.

Called at 8:30am this morning. Wasnt in a big rush as my vehicle slide in the ditch right by my house. Called back 1pm and was told it wouldnt be long. Called back at 4pm, told I was one of the next people. Called at 6pm and was told a driver would be leaving any minute and would call me on the way. Its now 6:30 and I am still waiting for a call. I know its a busy day, but when I have called other places after waiting 10 hours, they are less than 4 hours out for calls and were shocked at how long I have been waiting.

Just called this place to ask the price on a jump for my vehicle, I get told if I call AFTER THE 6TH OF FEBRUARY it'll be $60, BUT THEY AREN'T TAKING NEW CALLA UNTIL THE WEATHER GETS BETTER! So today my vehicle decided it wanted to lock the wheels up on the off ramp by main ave onto the interstate. I called aggressive because i had worked with them before for other things. Today Jesse was my tow truck driver. He was fast, helpful, and very pleasant. He also gave me a ride back with my vehicle to my place. Ill recommend Aggressive Towing to anyone.
