A family run store. My go-to for lock repairs and to get keys copied. I have also had them come out and repair a lock on my doors. Usaully they do the job quickly and efficiently. However, I have had some minor issues. Once a lock smith came out to repair a door that wasn't locking properly. He said he couldn't repair it. Called another company and they replaced a strike and had the door working in minutes. Another time they we're working on a electric lock and had to order parts. After a long time I went to store and found out they hadn't even ordered the parts. They didn't charge me for the repair they couldn't complete. The other repair was made with apologies... Apparently there was a miscommunication between employees and the ball got dropped. Understandable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They helped me with my antique full mortise lock. Parts are obsolete for this thing and it would have been easy to just dismiss me, but instead, they helped me to find a good workaround for a missing piece. In my time there, i watched them quickly help many customers doing some things that only a good locksmith can do. A lot of places have key cutting machines, but this place is where I will be going from now on with anything I need involving a lock and key.

Answered all of my questions about why my ancient 20 year-old Cirrus' ignition wasn't turning with good keys. Laid out my options with zero sales push. Even described how to do some maintenance myself when I indicated I was comfortable working on cars. He went out and tested the key on my vehicle himself before charging me. Advised that it was going to be more expensive because he used a particular machine (since my key's teeth were worn down and he couldn't copy exactly from that), apolgetic almost -- and then charged me $12.00. Excellent experience, highly recommend.For purposes of detail, my car's ignition wasn't turning because after 20 years of dust and dirt getting in the tumblers, the mechanism doesn't have room to really move. In addition ...Chrysler's gonna Chrysler. Curt's actually have like 10 Chrysler Cirrus keys mounted up on the wall; key issues are common with them I guess!

Great Service and Really quick. My son lost the keys to his scooter and had a spare that only worked to unlock the storage compartment. They had the right blank and cut me 2 new keys in less than 10min for $10 that actually work. I like easy.

I had an amazing experience with these people. I needed their service for a new programmed key for an F150, and they did everything in their power to make that happen. I was in a spot where i needed to halt the work, and needed them to wait an extra day, and they did with no added fees, even though they had to come out twice. Devyn, who worked with me, did an amazing job, and was even willing to help my car's battery by giving it a jump. He was friendly, and answered all questions I had for him. I could not have asked for better service. This was an amazingly helpful store, that helped me when i needed them.

These guys know their stuff! I wouldn't trust key cutting to anyone else- especially if you need a special key, like autostart, copied.

Knows the product and how to do things but the whole staff is very clumsy when it comes to customer service. They walk around and react to each other like they are in a library. No attempts to say Hi or ask me if anybody is helping me. They just did their thing thinking somebody else was helping me without bothering to notice that nobody was. Simply saying Hi to your customers goes a long way. Was disappointed and frustrated that in this day and age you can still walk into a place and they can't manage common courtesies like that.

Today I had a great experience with Curt's Lock and Key! My car ignition jammed after a hard day at work and I finally got it to start. Headed over to Curt's Lock and Key and even though it was almost closing time Ben and Shawn squeezed me in and saved the day! They stayed late and fixed my car so I didn't have to worry about how I was going to start it again. Thanks guys so much for helping a me out today! I would give 10 stars if it would let me!

My son's key ignition lock was giving him a hard time when attempting to start up his vehicle. I used them once prior getting some keys cut for his vehicle. Within 30 minutes after arriving to the shop, I was out of there. My son's key ignition was removed, repaired and re-install that fast. Front Desk gentleman and technicians were excellent. I really appreciated that they were not trying to hose an out of towner. Really speaks volumes regarding the integrity of the shop..... As we say in Hawaii, Mahalo!!!

Have had multiple jobs done by these guys. Locks, security doors, rekeying, lockouts, and they do safes, too. They don't offer discounted work, but that's because they have both quality products, and solid service. The advice they give is free, but has saved me money already.

Called at 8 am to have them come and make me a key since I lost my only set and dealer couldn't make a key since the vehicle they said was too old but I asked how soon they could get to me they said it wouldn't be till the afternoon. There is no way they were that busy and thanks to them being slow my car got towed also was quoted about 95$ to have it done then was told over 150$ by the locksmith. What a complete ripoff

Needed replacement springs for a set of old door latches. After calling to confirm they could help, I brought in a working example and they refused to do anything till I brought in the 3 with missing springs. I went to Scheels and found the springs for $1/ea. Much easier. I still like Curts for lockout and key copy service, but this experience makes it hard to recommend them.

HORRIBLE. Terrible customer service. These jokes had one job and that was to program and make keys for my truck. Two weeks with no vehicle, in and out of mechanic shops trying to figure out why my truck wouldn't start. Come to find out it was the key. My original key was deprogrammed and the anti-thief system make it impossible to start. Go down to Curts to get this explained. They basically called me a liar and tried to say the original key wasn't there when they keyed it. They wouldn't make eye contact with us, had their backs turned to us like little cowards. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. ZERO STARS.
