EXCELLENT service! I initially called another locksmith in town to unlock my vehicle (Mr. Speedy...just DON'T...) and was told they would be to my place within 20 minutes. After an hour passed and no word from them (and several calls from me and a detailed message) I called Lynn Johnson Lock & Key Service. I was told someone be out in 20-25 minutes, but the tech, Matthew, showed up in 15 minutes! He was super professional, easy to chat with and had me back in my rig in minutes. I would highly recommend this company for their great customer service and ability to have me back in my car and on the road in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Matthew!

Lost a master key for a building I manage with 22 different locks. I was told that every lock would have to be re keyed and it would cost over $200. Took it to a different lock shop and only needed to give them 2 different locks and they were able to determine what the master key would be, total cost $23. Either the guy I talked to didn't know what he was talking about or they were trying to rip me off, neither one are good

Called for help in the middle of the night (on a Monday) after my daughter was locked out of her apartment and garage. We called several of the locksmith companies that claimed to be '24-hour' and left messages with several of them with no return call. We called Lynn Johnson Lock & Key Service and Matt answered the phone and came to our rescue within 20 short minutes. In another 10 minutes, we were in! Matt placed a follow-up call the next day to thank us for using their service. My only regret was not calling them first. Great service and follow-up, timely as promised. A+++

I waited 2 weeks for a used OEM switchblade key for my Acura TL Type-S to come in from their supplier in Chicago they claimed, no worries since I was getting it for $91 when they can get pricey at $125-175 but I asked if it would be an OEM one & not a chinese knock off that I can get on Amazon in 2 days for $35 & they said it should be the real deal & of course it wasn't, it didn't have the Acura logo on the back, so I found a new one online from Advance Auto Parts for $73 New tax included with a coupon of course. My advice dont buy any key fobs or high end keys with micro chips unless u want the cheap knock off stuff & in that case you should get it cheap but they dont even sell the knock off's cheap. Go to Curt's Lock & Key Service.

They arrived in a timely fashion to the Fargo mall to unlock my car around 8:30 PM, but after performing their services, the gentlemen who arrived upcharged me $10 from the price he quoted me on the phone. After I pointed out he quoted me $55 and not $65, he denied it and proceeded to steal $10 from me

They understand your predicament, and are flexible enough to help when you need it. Plus, their reasonable charges fairly reflect the work they need to do, at the weird times, and don't gouge. Our family needed them when our son was the victim of a crime, and their kind assistance and understanding was a welcome benefit.
