Wonderful experience! The employees there are so hospitable and trustworthy. I got my car battery and light bulb replaced right on the spot for no extra charge. They also did a start test to check if my alternator was the reason my battery was dead. Saved me a trip to the auto repair shop. Thanks again Batteries Plus!

I went to Batteries plus and bulbs today to get my phone fixed. Both guys that worked there were super nice and my screen was fixed on my phone within an hour. The guy that fixed my phone really made my day by getting it done in such a timely manner and it works great! I highly recommend this site in St. Cloud. Very good experience and I will go back!

Staff is friendly and helpful. I have gone to them for work on phones for my family about 5 times now. Each time the service is pleasant and they go above and beyond to be amazing. Last time, I had a phone that wasn't charging and they found the problem and fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend them.

Head straight to Batteries Plus if you need an odd battery (home products or automotive) don't waste your time looking elsewhere. They won't have it. BP+B will. And I'll add this - I'm an observer - not once have I seen the guys that work there talk down to or snicker or roll eyes behind a customer's back that didn't know what they were doing (mostly related to automotive issues) . Male or female. I've been an infrequent customer there for many years. Seems like some of the employees have been there almost as long now that I think of it. I don't think I've ever been subjected to drama or negativity. Upbeat and positive. Great job.

Went there looking for a hard to find battery and they had it. Many to choose from. But no connector supplies, so had to run elsewhere too. Very helpful associate. Also bought a 4 pack of l.e.d. bulbs on sale for 3 bucks... Duracell light bulbs(!) who knew!?

Batteries! This place is great! They have small batteries, big batteries, short batteries, tall batteries, square batteries, round batteries, cylinder batteries, AND they'll even take your bad batteries and give you good batteries! I think I saw bulbs there to.

The service at this location is nothing short of fantastic! I pull in, they come out right away and check my battery. If it needs replacing they replace it right there on the spot. They are always friendly and have a helpful attitude. It's hard to find service like that!

Service was great and fast! I had a Samsung s9 screen replaced and it works like new. I was worried the phone was a loss but they fixed the digitizer with the screen repair. There is also a warranty which is a bonus. A screen protector was offered but I was never pressured to buy anything. The screen replacement was a little spendy but better than buying a new phone! Samsung products were used.

The person ( didn't get his name) installed it and I was ready to go in maybe 10 minutes. Very fast and efficient and polite and will definitely use this store again.
